Your withdrawal details are your receipt from impact.com for withdrawing funds from your impact.com account (similar to a paystub). Your Withdrawal History is where you can find these details, like the amount impact.com dispersed to your bank account.
From the top navigation menu, select your wallet amount → Balance.
Set the Transaction filter to Withdrawal.
Select any withdrawal to see more information about it.
Optionally, select the Paystub ID # to see a summary of the withdrawal details.
If the withdrawal amount listed in this report doesn't match your expected withdrawal amount, then you should reach out to your bank to see if any issues exist on their end. If there are no issues on your bank's end, your partnered brand may have left impact.com.
