Set Your Priority Messages as a Partner

You can select which contacts will show in your inbox’s Priority view, allowing you to highlight the conversations that are more important to you. Learn more about messaging your brands.

Set Your Priority Messages

  1. From the Messaging widget, select [More]Go to Inbox.

    • Alternatively, select [Inbox] from the left navigation bar.

  2. Toggle between viewing contacts that have Priority, and All messages.

  3. Select the Priority button to give priority to a contact, or select it again to remove priority.
