Install & Sign In to impact.com's Mobile App

impact.com's mobile app enables you to perform various tasks such as managing program invites, generating product links, and viewing reports. Only partner accounts that have joined the marketplace may access the app. Brand and agency users will need to access their accounts via the desktop platform.

Note

The impact.com mobile app is compatible with both [iOS] and [Android] operating systems.

Install the app and sign in

If you already have an impact.com partner account that is marketplace-approved, then you should be able to install the app and sign in immediately. If you don't have a marketplace-approved partner account yet, see the Sign up via the app section below for help with getting in.

  1. Locate impact.com's mobile app on the [App Store].

    • Do this by following this link or scanning the QR code below:

  2. Select Get.

  3. Once the installation is complete, Open the app. You will be taken to a login screen.

  4. Enter the Username and Password of your existing partner account or choose one of the Single Sign-On options provided.

  5. Select Sign In.

Note

The mobile app is only compatible with Android 7.0 & later and iOS 16.0 & later.

Sign up via the app

If you are new to impact.com, you will have to sign up with a partner account in order to use the mobile app.

  1. Follow the instructions above to install the app, then on the sign-in screen, select Sign Up.

  2. Select Sign up with email or choose one of the Single Sign-On options provided.

  3. Fill in all the fields and select [Checked box] once you have read and accepted the necessary agreements.

  4. Select Get started. You will receive a 6-digit code via text message.

  5. Input the verification code and select Verify.

  6. Complete the sign-up process by providing the relevant information about your business model, promotion methods, and yourself. Select Submit once you are done.

  7. Once your account is approved, you will be able to access the app.

Why can't I log in?

There are certain instances when users will find themselves unable to log in to the mobile app. These instances are listed below:

Account not valid

The account with which you are trying to log in may be a new account and not yet have been approved or verified by impact.com. You can wait 72 hours or log in with a different account.

Account is not a partner account

impact.com's mobile app does not support the brand or agency account experience at this time. Please use the desktop platform instead.

Partner is not joined to Marketplace

Your Marketplace status is not Active. You can become active by driving an Action or Commission. Learn more.

impact.com application declined

Your application to join impact.com may be declined for a number of reasons. You will receive an email from impact.com stating a reason for the declination.
