You can manage a Blocklist of partners signed to a program you manage as well as IP addresses that are sending your program(s) traffic. This will prevent those partners and IP addresses from being credited for driving conversions, and can even expunge all tracking data from appearing in impact.com.
Here are some reasons you should consider setting up a program blocklist:
To block illegitimate traffic
To prevent sources from being credited
To stop conversions from partners that submit action data from their own IP addresses
From the left navigation menu, select Advertisers.
Next to the brand (formerly advertiser) for which you want to set up a blocklist, select
[Drop-down menu] → View Campaigns.
Under Review, select review.
From here, you have 2 options:
Set up a Partner Blocklist
Set up an IP Blocklist
Refer to the sections below to learn how to set up each blocklist.
You should consider setting up a partner blocklist if you want to prevent specific partners from receiving any credit for actions at all.
Complete the steps found in Set up a blocklist above.
Under Media Partner Black List and next to Media Partner Id List, select
[Edit].
Enter the impact.com-assigned IDs for the partners you want to be included in this program's blocklist. Separate each entry with commas.
You can find these IDs by logging into the brand's impact.com account, then, un the left navigation menu, selecting Partners → Partners.
Select Save.

You should consider setting up an IP address blocklist if you want to prevent actions coming from certain IP addresses from being attributed or tracked at all.
Complete the steps found in Set up a blocklist above.
Under IP Blacklist and next to IP Addresses Blacklist select
[Edit].
Select [Unchecked box] Suppress events from certain IP addresses.
Select the blocklist Policy.
See the Policy reference below for more information.
Enter the IP addresses you want included in this program's blocklist. Separate each entry with commas. You can enter IP addresses in 3 different ways, and your lost can contain all 3 ways:
Single IP addresses (10.2.3.23)
Range of IP addresses (10.2.3.1-10.2.3.107)
Block of IP addresses (10.2.3.0/24)
Select Save.

When setting up an IP address blocklist, you can choose exactly how data sent from the IP addresses listed is handled.
Policy | Description |
