Invite Account User

This article will guide you on how to invite your colleagues (or an agency) to your impact.com brand account. Learn how to manage existing account users.

  1. From the left navigation menu, select [Menu] [Menu] → Settings.

  2. Under General, select Account Users.

  3. In the upper-right corner of the screen, select Invite [Drop-down menu] [Drop-down menu]Invite User.

  4. Below User Email, enter one or more user email addresses.

    • Multiple email addresses are comma-separated.

  5. In the User Access Group section, apply a group from the [Drop-down menu] [Drop-down menu] or select Create new user access to create a new one.

  6. Optionally, send an invitation message to the user.

    • Select Preview message if you want to view the invitation before sending it.

  7. Select Invite to send the invitation to the invitee.

    • An invitation email will then be received in the invitee's email box where they will they will accept your invitation.
