In the upper-right corner of the page, select [User Profile] → Settings.
Under the Finance section, select Tax Documents.
Select the tax form option that fits your account type. See electronic tax documents overview for more information on which form suits your account type best.
Select Continue to use the in-app DocuSign secured frame. Fields highlighted in red must be completed.
Select Continue again to enable the document.
Double-check all the info you’ve entered and select Finish to submit your tax form.
You'll receive an email once impact.com has received and approved your tax form.
