# ユーザーレベルの二要素認証を有効にする

impact.comアカウントに追加のセキュリティ層を加えるために、2要素認証（2FA）を設定してください。

#### 2FAの認証方法を設定する

impact.comのセキュリティ設定では、impact.comにログインする際に3つの本人確認オプションから選択できます。

1. お好みの認証アプリをダウンロードしてインストールしてください:

   * [Microsoft Authenticator](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/download-and-install-the-microsoft-authenticator-app-351498fc-850a-45da-b7b6-27e523b8702a)

2. ダッシュボードの右上隅で、 ![](/files/e28b160bff879c8fe012690ceafcfe438d65c1b1) **\[ユーザープロフィール]** → **プロフィールを編集**.
3. 次の項目までスクロールしてください *セキュリティ* 設定を開き、 **認証アプリを設定**.
4. 選択肢は2つあります:
   * 提供されたQRコードを認証アプリでスキャンします。
   * 提供されたコード文字列をコピーして、認証アプリに貼り付けます。
5. 認証アプリが6桁の時間ベースのワンタイムパスワード（TOTP）を生成します。impact.comのプラットフォームで **次へ** を選択し、6桁のコードを入力してください。
   * 2FAの設定が検証され、保存されます。

2. 次の項目までスクロールしてください *セキュリティ* 設定を開き、 **SMS認証を設定する**.
3. 次の項目から国/地域コードを選択してください ![](/files/26fcd0d23c43ceac6b5fe038b270d63204d5d678) **\[ドロップダウンメニュー]** そして携帯電話番号を入力してください。
4. 選択 **コードを送信**.
   * 6桁のワンタイムパスワード（OTP）が記載されたSMSが届きます。
5. impact.comのプラットフォームで **次へ** を選択し、6桁のコードを入力してください。
6. 選択 **確認して保存**.
   * 2FAの設定が検証され、保存されます。

アカウントで複数の認証オプションを有効にすることができます。その場合、デフォルトとして使用する方法を選択できます。

3. 希望する認証方法を選択してください。
   * ドロップダウンメニューには、有効になっている認証オプションのみが表示されます。
   * デフォルトとして設定した方法が、今後のサインイン時に使用されます。

<summary>アカウント設定とユーザー設定</summary>

重要なのは、 *アカウント* と *ユーザー* はそれぞれ独立して2FAを有効にできるということです。2FAが *アカウント* レベルで設定されている場合、その設定はそのアカウントに登録されているすべてのユーザー（メンバー）に適用されます。

Acme Inc. には2つのユーザーアカウント（メンバー）— Justin Case と Oliver Sutton — があるとしましょう。

アカウントレベルの2FA:\
この例では、Acme Inc.アカウントで2FAが有効になっています。この設定はJustinとOliverの両方に適用され、2FAの使用はオプションではなく必須になります。

ユーザーレベルの2FA:\
この例では、Acme Inc.はアカウントに対して2FA認証を設定していません。ただし、Justinは自分のメンバーアカウントで有効化することを決めました。アカウントレベルで強制されていないため、サインイン時に2FAが適用されるのはJustinのみです。Oliverには適用されません。
