# impact.comアカウントにログインする
impact.com アカウントにさまざまな状況でログインする方法と、二要素認証を使って安全にログインする方法を学びます。
## ログインのシナリオ

メールで登録した場合
1つのメールアドレスで登録しており、SSO経由でない場合は、メールアドレスとパスワードでログインできます。
SSOで登録した場合
提供されているSSOオプションのいずれかを使って登録した場合は、ログイン時にそれを選択し、画面の指示に従ってください。
* あるいは、メールアドレスを入力すると、登録時に使用したSSOオプションでのログインが求められます。
同じメールアドレスで複数アカウントに登録した場合
1つのメールアドレスで複数のアカウントに登録した場合、次の画面でユーザー名とパスワードの入力を求められます（この画面にメール欄はありません）。間違ったメールアドレスを入力した場合は、次を選択してください **アカウントを切り替える** 前の画面に戻って別のものを入力してください。
## 二要素認証でログインする
二要素認証（2FA）を使用すると、impact.com アカウントに安全にログインできます。まずセキュリティ設定で2FAを有効にする必要があります。
アカウントで有効にした2FAの方法に応じて、3つの方法のうち1つで本人確認を求められます。複数の確認方法を有効にしている場合は、次を選択すると既定の方法をスキップできます **別の方法で確認**.
