This article will explain how to expire an asset once it has reached the end of its promotional period. Expiring an asset removes it from the partner's content marketplace. However, some instances of the asset may still appear on the partner’s website or social channels. Any clicks on these expired assets will be tracked and reported in the Clicks from Expired Ads Report.
In the left navigation bar, select
[Engage] → Content → Ads.
Hover your cursor over the asset you want to expire and select Update.
Select the More Actions
[Drop-down menu] → Expire.
Read the pop-up notification and select OK.
