# Send Assets to Your Partners
Send assets to partners when you need them to promote a campaign quickly. Use this feature to share seasonal creatives, launch-ready assets, or starter materials for a new partner.
### Share an asset

1. From the left navigation bar, select  **\[Engage]** → **Content** → [**Ads**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/ads/manage-all-ads-flow.ihtml).
2. To select your assets, hover over each one and select the  **\[Unchecked box]**.
3. Optionally, to select all assets on the current page, select the **Select All**  **\[Unchecked box]**. To extend your selection across all pages, select **Select All Possible Rows**.
4. From the top action bar, select **Send Ads**.

To quickly send one specific asset, use the individual share tool:
1. From the left navigation bar, select  **\[Engage]** → **Content** → [**Ads**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/ads/manage-all-ads-flow.ihtml).
2. To begin a single delivery, hover over the specific asset and select **Share**.

### Configure your delivery
1. Verify your selections in the **Asset(s)**  **\[Drop-down menu]**, using the  **\[Unchecked box]** to add or remove specific items.
* Use the search bar to find specific assets.
2. To choose your recipients, select the  **\[Unchecked box]** for each partner or group in the **Partner(s)**  **\[Drop-down menu].**
* Use the search bar to find partners by name, ID, or group.
3. Optionally, to expand the *Comments* section and enter your instructions, select  **\[Add]** **Add language**. You can select  **\[Add] Add language** again to include notes in additional languages.
* To set a fallback language for this specific send, select the  **\[Unchecked box]** **Make this my default language**.

**Note:** When a partner's preferred language is available in your list, they will receive that specific version. Otherwise, they will receive the version set as your default language.

### Set advanced tracking
1. In the *Advanced Settings* section, use the **Tracking Link Embed** **\[Drop-down menu]** to determine which tracking codes are included in the email sent to your partners:
* **HTML & Link:** Includes both the HTML code snippet and the tracking link.
* **HTML:** Only the HTML code snippet is displayed.
* **Link:** Only the tracking link is displayed.
2. Optionally, to append specific query string parameters to your tracking links, select  **\[Add]** **Add Parameter** in the *Customize Tracking Link* section.
3. Optionally,  **\[Toggle on]** the **Show impression tag** to add an invisible tracking pixel in the asset delivery email. For details, see the section below.
4. To verify the tracking links and codes before sending, select **Preview** (See [Preview your asset delivery](#preview-your-asset-delivery) below for details on using the preview tool). Otherwise, select **Send Assets** to deliver the assets to your partners immediately.
Impression Tag configuration
| Field | Description |

| Show impression tag | Enables or disables the inclusion of an invisible tracking pixel in the asset delivery email. |
| Customize Impression Tag | Allows you to modify the default behaviour of the tracking pixel for this specific asset. |
| Type | The technical format of the impression tag being used (e.g., Standard Pixel or Impression Javascript). |
| Add parameter | To improve your reporting and track specific campaign details, you can append query string parameters to your tracking links.

### Preview (optional)
The *Preview* tool allows you to verify the tracking links and asset codes your partners will receive. The *Preview* button becomes active once you select at least 1 asset and 1 individual partner.
1. Select **Preview** at the bottom of the screen.
2. In the popup, from the **Asset** **\[Drop-down menu]**, select an asset to preview.
* If you only selected one asset on the main form, this field is pre-selected and read-only.
3. From the **Partner** **\[Drop-down menu],** select an individual partner.
* If you only selected one partner on the main form, this field is pre-selected and read-only.
4. Review the generated *Tracking Link* and *Asset Code*. If you see multiple tabs in the *Asset Code* section, keep in mind that the information available in this section depends on how the asset was configured.
5. Optionally, to copy the data for testing, select **Copy Tracking Link** or **Copy Asset Code**.
6. Once verified, select  **\[Close]** in the top-right corner to return to the configuration screen.

### Send assets
Once you are satisfied with your configuration, select **Send Assets** to deliver the materials to your partners immediately.
