# Set up Mobile Assets with Deferred Deep Linking

This article walks you through the process of setting up mobile assets that contain deferred deep linking in impact.com.

#### Configure deferred deep linking with impact.com

If you're using the impact.com mobile linking solution (i.e., [TrueLink](https://impact.com/partnership-track/truelink/)) to handle your mobile deep linking and routing, follow these instructions; if you're using an MMP integration instead, refer to the next section in this article.

1. 2. Hover your cursor over the asset you want to make changes to and select **Update**.
3. Navigate to the *Landing Page* section.
4. To route to your mobile website:
   * Leave the assets on the *default* landing page, as domain entitlement will ensure correct routing.
5. To route to the app store page for your app:

6. Select **Save** to complete the process.

#### Configure deferred deep linking with an MMP integration

This instruction set is if you're using an MMP (e.g., [Appsflyer](https://integrations.impact.com/impact-brand/docs/appsflyer), [Branch](https://integrations.impact.com/impact-brand/docs/branch), etc.) integration to handle your deferred deep linking and routing.

* **Step 1:** Reconfigure all of your asset landing pages with mobile app fallback
* **Step 2:** Optionally, disable the *Online Tracking Link* setting. When using an MMP for deferred deep linking, all traffic must pass through the MMP's attribution link to manage the user experience. Partners must configure assets to ensure traffic goes through this link. Therefore, disabling online tracking links prevents partners from creating custom landing pages that bypass the attribution link.

#### **Step 1: Add mobile fallback**

The steps below can be repeated for each ad you've uploaded to impact.com. All new assets you upload **must** be configured the same way.

1. 2. Hover your cursor over the asset you want to make changes to and select **Update**.
3. Navigate to the *Landing Page* section.
4. #### **Step 2 (Optional): Disable Online Tracking Link**

1. 2. In the right-hand column, under *General*, select **Ad Settings**.
3. 4. Select **Save**.

#### Custom landing page for MMP integrations

If you're using an MMP integration and want to link to a specific page, you can configure an asset with a custom landing page and enable the mobile fallback. This works for both mobile and desktop: impact.com will route mobile users to the custom landing page URL, and the MMP will redirect them to the specific page in your app.

1. 2. In your list of assets, find the one you want to update, then select **Update**.
3. Navigate to the *Landing Page* section.
4.
