# Process Partner Requests

You may receive requests from partners, such as *Asset*, *Custom Creative*, *Email Drop*, or *Tracking Value*, to help promote your program. You have full control over approving, rejecting, or completing these requests.

1. From the left navigation menu, select ![](/files/CDnwOBeIdds9r3Z6zTnO) **\[Engage] → Content → Requests**.
2. Use the top filter bar to view a specific request type (e.g., **Asset**).

#### Process a Request

Action your partner requests based on following based on their **Status** and the action you want to take (e.g., *Approve*, *Reject Request*, *Complete* or *View*).

1. Hover over the *Open* request you want to begin processing and select ![](/files/mQTDSmR70Q3Eybmgev6e) **\[More]** → **Process**.
2. In the *Response* section, add **Comments** for the partner for context of your decision to *Approve* or *Reject* their request.
3. Select **Reject Request** or **Approve**.

2. Enter the request's **Ad ID** or select **Add new ad**.
3. Optionally,enter **Final Comments**.
4. Select **Complete Request**.
