Performance by Hour Report
The Performance by Hour report shows you an hourly breakdown of performance data, like clicks and actions, for your program.
Manage the report
From the left navigation bar, select
[Engage] → Reports → More Reports.
Under More Reports, select Performance as the filter next to the search bar.
Select Performance by Hour.
Below Performance by Hour, you can filter for the data you want to view. Select
[Search] when you have the filters in place that you want.

You can use the icons at the top-right of the page to
pin,
schedule,
download (in PDF, Excel, or CSV format).
Access the report data
You can view the report data as a trend graph or table and compare certain metrics.
The trend graph enables you to filter your report according to the core group of metrics that drives the highest value. This view provides the selected metric’s daily trends over a specific date range.
Select the
[Drop-down menu] in the upper-right corner, then, choose a specific metric.
Alternate between the line, bar, and treemap views by selecting the view icon.

Below the trend graph is the data table. The data table provides different data points displayed in a column view. This view provides a detailed set of comparable numbers over the selected date range.
Refer to the Report data column reference below for more information on the columns found in the data table.
Add or remove columns from the report table using the
[Columns] icon at the top-right of the report.

Filter reference
Date Range
You can pull a maximum of 1 day of data.
Platform
Specify the source of your performance data.
Partner
Select for which partners you want to view performance data.
Event Type
Select one or mote event types to see revenue, actions, and action cost totals for the selected event types.
Currency
Set the currency in which you want to view report data. impact.com will convert the amounts to your selected currency.
Show
Add data from a large selection of choices. These data points will get added to the table report under the graph after you select [Search].
Data points explained
Media
The source of performance data.
Payable Clicks
The number of unique clicks tracked.
Cost per Action (CPA)
Total Cost of Actions divided by number of actions.
Sales Info
Select this filter to add various sales metrics to the report, like the number of sales, sales revenue, sales cost, etc.
Lead Info
Select this filter to add various lead metrics to the report, like the number of leads, lead revenue, lead cost, etc.
Total Clicks
The total number of link clicks from the partners' audience.
Reversals
This metric shows the number of reversals per program in the chosen period.
Item Count
The number of products in the basket captured at conversion.
Conversion Rate Metrics
The number of actions divided by the total number of clicks across your program on this day.
Actions - Event Type
The number of conversions generated for this event type.
Revenue - Event Type
The total revenue per by event type.
Report data column reference
Column
Description
Hour
A specific hour. All data for a particular row was generated during this hour within the selected day.
Clicks
The total number of tracking link clicks generated for this hour.
Actions
The total number of conversions (sales, app installs, etc.) tracked for the hour. This number excludes any reversed conversions for that hour.
Revenue
The total revenue of all driven actions for this hour.
Action Cost
The amount of compensation paid to partners for driving the traffic that resulted in conversions for that hour.
Click Cost
The aggregated value of the amount due to partners for driving clicks for this hour.
CPC
The Cost Per Click. The total cost divided by the total number of clicks for this hour.
