Invite Account Users

This article will guide you on how to invite your colleagues (or an agency) to your impact.com brand account. Learn how to manage existing account usersarrow-up-right.

  1. From the top navigation bar, select [User profile] → Settings.

  2. Under General, select Account Users.

  3. In the upper-right corner of the screen, select Invite [Drop-down menu]Invite User.

  4. Below User Email, enter one or more user email addresses.

    • Multiple email addresses are comma-separated.

  5. In the User Access Group section, apply a group from the [Drop-down menu] or select Create new user access to create a new one.

  6. Optionally, send an invitation message to the user.

    • Select Preview message if you want to view the invitation before sending it.

  7. Select Invite to send the invitation to the invitee.

    • An invitation email will then be received in the invitee's email box where they will accept your invitation.
