Transactions Report for Partners

The Transactions report shows a listing of all financial transactions posted to your earnings account over a selected date range.

Access the report

You can access the Transactions report via the Balance screen.

  1. From the top navigation bar, select your your balance → Balance.

  2. From the top-right corner, select [Report]Transactions.

    • You can [[Schedule]](../../reporting-for-partners/report-management/schedule-a-report-as-a-partner.md) and [Download] the report using the buttons in the top-right corner of the screen.

    • You can use the [Drop-down menus] at the top of the screen to filter for data associated with a specific Date Range, Brand, Invoiced Entity, and Transaction type.

Description

Date Range

View transactions within a specific date range.

Brand

View transactions from all or specific brands.

Invoiced Entity

View transactions from all or specific invoiced entities.

Transaction

View transactions from All transaction types or from a specific type of transaction:

All: View all transaction types.

Payment: View all payments received from brands.

Withdrawal: View withdrawals you've made from your earnings account.

Processing Fee: View any processing fees from withdrawing funds to your bank account or PayPal account, if applicable.

LightningPay: View transactions related to LightningPay advances, recoveries, and associated fees.

Other: Any transactions that don't fall into the categories listed above.

Description

Date

The date on which the transaction was credited or debited on your earnings account.

Transaction Description

The type of transaction that occurred.

Invoiced Entity ID

The unique identity number of the invoiced entity of the transaction.

Invoiced Entity

The invoice entity that issued the transaction.

• The invoiced entity could be the brand itself, an agency, or one of the impact.com entities.

Brand ID

The unique identity number of the brand.

Brand

The brand associated with the transaction.

Amount

The total amount of the transaction. For payments, this would include any taxes (if applicable).

Balance After Movement

The account balance after the transaction has been processed. It shows the updated total funds available after the transaction.
