Finance Settings Overview for Brands
Finance Settings enables you to assign a financial contact or set invoice settings for multiple billing groups, set up automatic payments, and more. Learn about your finances and billing with impact.com.
Find your finance settings
From the top navigation bar, select your balance → Settings.
From the left navigation menu, under Settings, select the setting you want to change.
Settings options
General
The general settings allow you to select a few global financial settings for your brand, including your primary finance contact.

Legal Entities
You engage with your service providers (like partners and impact.com) through a legal entity. This is where critical information related to your legal entity is shown, including your indirect tax information (e.g., VAT or GST).

Billing Groups
Billing groups enable you to invoice partner costs from different programs separately. Manage your billing groups and document settings for each billing group here.

Funding Accounts
View your funding account's details. You can also update your funding account's name. Refer to for more information.
You can rename a funding account.
If you fund your account based on upcoming costs, then you may be able to use the Payment Request Form (PRF). You can adjust your PRF settings in the Funding Account Document Settings.

Payment Method
View details for any credit cards linked to your account or replace them by navigating to the Payment Method screen.
Note: Linking credit cards and making ad-hoc credit card payments is only available for brands with accounts in specific currencies. Learn more about depositing funds into your account.
