Performance by Post Report

The Performance by Post report shows you a wide range of tracking data broken down by individual social posts that are linked to your creator campaigns. KPIs—including likes, engagements, and more—can all be found here. Each social platform has a dedicated table displaying metrics specific to that platform, allowing you to compare creators' performance across similar post types.

Access the report

  1. From the left navigation bar, select [Engage]Reports → Performance → by Post.

  2. Below Performance by Post, you can filter for the data you want to view. Select [Search] when you have the filters in place that you want.

    • You can use the icons at the top-right of the page to pin, schedule, , or download the report (in PDF, Excel, or CSV format)

Date Range
Filter data by when it was created. You can also compare two periods of time against each other.

Campaign Status

Select a campaign status for which you want to see data.

Campaign statuses include:

  • All — this filter will show all your campaigns, those that are ongoing and those that are done.

  • Active — this filter will show your ongoing campaigns.

  • Completed — this filter will show campaigns that have run their course.

Creator

Select for which creators you want to see data.

Post Type

Select the type of post for which you want to see data.

Campaign

Select for which creator campaigns you want to see data.

Social Platform

Select for which social media platforms you want to see data.

Group

Select 1, multiple, or all partner group(s) for which you want to see data.

Data points explained

Filter
Description

Campaign Id

The campaign's unique identifier on the impact.com platform.

Creator Id

The creator's unique identifier on the impact.com platform.

Post Id

The post's unique identifier on the impact.com platform.

Comments Delta

The number of comments the post received, across your selected time span.

EMV Delta

The earned media value for the post, across your selected time span.

EMV Lifetime

The earned media value (EMV) of the post.

Handle

The creator's social media name.

Likes Delta

The number of likes that the post received, across your selected time span.

Impressions Delta

The number of times that the story or post was featured on unique audience feeds, across your selected time span.

Shares Delta

The number of shares for the post.

Views Delta

The number of views this video received within the social platform.

Reaches Delta

The number of platform users who saw the post at least once, across your selected time span.

Engagements Delta

The number of likes, comments, shares, or link clicks (etc.) that the post received, across your selected time span.

  1. Customize the report view and choose between viewing the trend graph or data table.

The trend graph enables you to select a metric from a core group that drives the highest value. This view provides the selected metric’s daily trends over a specific date range.

  1. Select the [Drop-down menu] in the upper-right corner, then, choose a specific metric.

  2. Alternate between the [Graph] and [Bar] views by selecting the view icon.
