Request an Email Asset as a Partner
One type of asset you can use is the Email Asset. These are emails provided by a partnered brand that you can send out to your email listservs to promote that brand.
Request an email asset
From the top navigation menu, select Content → Requests.
In the top-right corner, select Request → Email.
Fill in the form.

Select Submit.

Brand
Select the brand to which this request will be sent from the drop-down menu.
Deal
Optionally, select the deal to which this asset will be associated.
Content
Choose if you want the asset to be retrievable as an HTML file or an image file.
Language
Select in what language you want the asset to be.
Date Needed
Select the date by which you want the asset.
Exclusive Ad
Decide whether you want the asset to be exclusively for your use.
Optional Example
Add an example of what you might want the asset to look like or the copy that could be used in it.
Additional Instructions
Include any additional comments for that brand to consider when they review the request.
Review your email asset request
After you submit your request, you can check on its status using the status filter or column, or you can view the details by:
From the top navigation menu, select Content → Requests.
Select the Request Type filter, then select Asset.
To view the details of your request, find the relevant asset and to the far right, select
[Menu] → View.
Retrieve the email asset code
Once you have access to an email asset you want to use for the brand you want to promote, you can retrieve the asset's code from the Assets screen.
From the top navigation menu, select Content → Assets.
Search for the email asset.
You can use the tabs at the top of the page to assist your search. For example, set the Assets tab to Email to view email assets only.
Once you select the asset you want to get the code for, a slide-out will appear on the right. The details of the email asset will appear in the slide-out. This includes any deals related to the asset as well as Approved Subject Lines and Approved "From" Address Names.
Optionally, you can copy either of the Scrub Download or Unsubscribe links.
Select Get Email Code.
Near the bottom of the Email Code screen, select if you want to serve the asset's HTML File, Tracking Link, or IFrame.
Not all of these options may be available depending on the brand.
Select Copy Code.
Make sure your subject line, and "From" address name are the same as those that have been approved. Place the code, download link (if required), and unsubscribe link into your email or emailing automation tool and send the email out.
