Where Do I Find My Tax Form 1099 as a Partner?

The tax form 1099 (1099-MISC or 1099-NEC ) is a required tax form from the IRS. You can only retrieve your 1099 form if you have withdrawn your account balance at least once.

In January or February of each year, impact.com's service provider, PayQuicker, will send your 1099 tax form to the email address of the finance contact listed on your account.

Prerequisites to generate a 1099 tax form

You must meet the following conditions for impact.com to generate a 1099 tax form:

• You have withdrawn more than USD $600 on the impact.com platform in the calendar year

• You are based in the United States and your account’s preferred currency is set to USD.

• You have uploaded a valid W9 tax form to impact.com.

• You must be a non-corporate US resident.

  • Sole corporations are also not eligible for a 1099 tax form.

• You must not use PayPal as your payment method.

  • If you use PayPal as your method of receiving payment, follow PayPal's instructions for downloading a 1099 directly from PayPal.

Download your 1099 tax form

1. From the top navigation bar, select [User profile] → Settings.

2. Select Tax Documents.

3. Under the 1099 Tax Form section, select the year for which you want to download the 1099 tax form.

4. Select Download.

Regarding 1099s for 2025: You will receive a 1099 tax form for each qualifying account. 1099's will not be consolidated across multiple accounts.
