How to Enable & Disable ask impact

Enable ask impact

Account admins can enable ask impact for the account’s members as follows:

  1. From the top navigation bar, select [User profile] → Settings.

  2. On the Account Settings page, select impact aiarrow-up-right under the Technical heading.

  3. You can view a summary of the AI terms and policies on the settings page, and access a link to see the full terms.

  4. Select [Unchecked Box] Activate ask impact.

  5. Once you save, ask impact will be enabled for your account.

    • Once the feature is enabled for your account, account admins will be able to see the date and time it was enabled and the admin that enabled the feature.

    • When any member opens the chat UI for the first time, they’ll see a summary of the AI usage terms, which they'll be prompted to accept before proceeding.

Disable ask impact

Account admins can also opt to disable ask impact:

  1. On the Account Settings page, select impact aiarrow-up-right under the Technical heading.

  2. Select [Checked Box] Activate ask impact.

  3. You'll be prompted to provide feedback about why you’re choosing to disable ask impact. This information is entirely optional, but we encourage you to provide it as it helps us to learn and improve the feature.
