Set Your Priority Messages as a Brand

You can select which contacts will show in your inbox’s Priority view, allowing you to highlight the conversations that are more important to you. Learn more about messaging your partners.

Set Your Priority Messages

1. In the top navigation bar, select [Inbox].

2. Toggle between viewing contacts that have Priority, and All messages.

3. Select Mark as Priority button to give priority to a contact, or select it again to remove priority.

   
4. To set up your priority inbox, on the inbox page, select [Settings], then set up the priority inbox.

5. Select Save.
