Anomaly Detection Summary Report
The Anomaly Detection Summary report compares forecasted figures to actual performance figures per partner and shows a summary of the anomalies detected for a chosen time period. If the figures are above or below the forecasted range, they will be flagged as anomalous.
Accessing and running the report
This feature is only available with the Optimize add-on. Click here to get the add-on!
From the left navigation bar, hover over
[Optimize].
Select Forecast → Anomaly Detection.
Select filter criteria to customize the report using the filter bar near the top of the report. Refer to the filter descriptions section below for help with understanding the filter options.
Filter descriptions
Date Range
Filter for a specific date range of data.
Anomalous Threshold % >=
Should the actual figure compared to the predicted figure for the chosen date range have a greater variance percentage than this chosen percentage threshold, the figure will be flagged as anomalous.
Partner
Select the partner(s) for whom you want to see data.
Group
Select for which group of partners you want to see data.
Currency
Select the currency that you want to view revenue in.
Show
You can add additional columns to your report, namely the date range and the predicted figures.
Date
The date range, as selected by the Date Range filter.
Partner
The Partner account to which the data belongs.
Actual Clicks
The reported number of clicks for the date range.
Anomalous Clicks
The number of clicks, greater or less than the predicted figure.
Anomalous Clicks %
The percentage difference between the actual and predicted low or high clicks.
Actual Actions
The reported number of actions for the date range.
Anomalous Actions
The number of actions, greater or less than the predicted figure.
Anomalous Actions %
The percentage difference between the actual and predicted figure.
Actual Revenue
The reported revenue for the date range.
Anomalous Revenue
The amount of revenue, greater or less than the predicted figure.
Anomalous Revenue %
The percentage difference between the actual and predicted figure.
Predicted Clicks (Low)
This is the lower bounds predicted figure for clicks.
Predicted Clicks (High)
This is the higher bounds predicted figure for clicks.
Predicted Actions (Low)
This is the lower bounds predicted figure for actions.
Predicted Actions (High)
This is the higher bounds predicted figure for actions.
Predicted Revenue (Low)
This is the lower-bounds predicted figure for revenue.
Predicted Revenue (High)
This is the higher bounds predicted figure for revenue.
Predicted Action Cost (Low)
This is the lower bounds predicted figure for action cost.
Predicted Action Cost (High)
This is the higher bounds predicted figure for action cost.
Select
[Search] to run the report. Refer to the Report data section below for help with understanding the report data.
