Customize Your Program Branding
If you're managing multiple programs, you can set custom branding, manage the sign-up page, retrieve your partner sign-up link, and set some automated emails and messages associated with a specific program. You can also manage the branding for your entire account.
Toggle between programs
This feature is only accessible to specific impact.com editions or add-ons. Contact us to upgrade your account and get access.
Before you manage your program branding, ensure that the correct program is selected.
From the top navigation bar, select
[User profile] → Settings.
Below Program, from the
[Drop-down menu], select the program for which you want to manage the branding.

Manage the partner sign-up page
One of the first pages your direct partners will see is the sign-up page. You can manage the styling of this page to suit your brand identity.
From the top navigation bar, select
[User profile] → Settings.
On the right, under Branding, select Partner Sign Up Page.
Customize your partner sign-up page as desired.
Apply the changes and select Save.
System Emails and UI Messages
Manage what the automated messages (e.g., welcome messages or rejection messages) associated with this program will say. These messages are unique to each program and need to be set up for each one.
From the top navigation bar, select
[User profile] → Settings.
On the right, under Branding, select System Emails and UI Messages.
Next to the setting you want to change, select
[Edit].
See the sections below for a breakdown of these settings.
Apply the changes and select Save.
Email Branding

Select if you want to use account branding settings or program-specific branding settings. For program-specific settings, use the color-pickers and fields to customize your emails.
Preview Branded Email
Select Open in new window to see what the automated email for your program will look like.
Welcome Message

Select if you want to send an automated email to welcome partners after a partnership has been initiated.
Select if you want to support multiple languages. If you do, select for which language you want to enter email copy.
Select Preview to see what your welcome email will look like.
Welcome UI Message
Select if you want to send an automated welcome UI message once a partner has logged in.
Select if you want to support multiple languages. If you do, select for which language you want to enter message copy.
Enter a title and HTML code for the message copy.
Sign Up Message

Select if you want to send an automated email to acknowledge a partner's signup.
Select if you want to support multiple languages. If you do, select for which language you want to enter email copy.
Enter the email subject and the HTML code for the message copy.
Select Preview to see what your signup email will look like.

Select if you want to send an automated UI message to welcome partners after they log in.
Select if you want to support multiple languages. If you do, select for which language you want to enter message copy.
Enter a title and HTML code for the message copy.
Rejection Message

Select if you want to send impact.com's default rejection email or a program-specific rejection email.
For the program-specific email, select if you want to support multiple languages. If you do, select for which language you want to enter email copy.
Enter a subject and HTML code for the email copy.
Select Preview to see what your rejection email will look like.

Select if you want to use impact.com's default rejection UI message or a program-specific rejection UI message.
For the program-specific message, select if you want to select multiple languages. If you do, select for which language you want to enter message copy.
Enter a title and HTML code for the message copy.
Suspension Message
