# 作为合作伙伴设置最低合同要求

您可以设置最低合同要求，以便在接收品牌邀请时包含特定详细信息或限制。一旦某个品牌发送给您的邀请不符合您的要求，该邀请将被撤回，他们必须创建新的条款。

#### 合同要求最佳实践
* 仅为真正需要的条款创建要求。
* 如果您打算对该要求规则做例外处理，则不要添加该要求。
#### 创建合同要求
以下步骤将指导您添加品牌在邀请您加入其项目时必须遵守的合同要求。
1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[用户资料]** → **设置**.
2. 在 *资料* 部分中，选择 **合同要求**.
3. 在右上角，选择 **创建合同要求**.
4. 请在以下部分完成您的合同要求信息，然后选择 **保存**.
一般信息
* **名称：** 为您的合同要求起一个描述性名称。
合同规则
* **货币：** 选择一种首选货币，以接收品牌的任何付款。
* **按行动成本（CPA）：**  **\[开启]** 以配置您的 *最低默认支付* 和 *付款详情* 用于您所带来的任何行动。
* **百分比最低支付：** 这是您每个带来的行动或点击将获得的最低支付百分比。
* **固定最低支付：** 这是您每个带来的行动或点击将获得的最低固定支付金额。
* **不允许支付限制：** 不允许基于特定行动特征的支付限制。
* **不允许支付调整：** 如果您带来的行动符合某些事件特征，则不允许对默认支付进行调整。
* **不允许限制：** 不允许对符合支付资格的行动数量设置限制，或对您在给定期间内可获得的总支付设置限制。
* **如果支付低于固定费用金额或百分比，则不允许使用支付组：** 不允许使用自定义支付组来更改默认支付，前提是支付金额或百分比低于此字段中指定的金额或百分比。
* **每点击最低收益（EPC）：** 输入每次点击保证的最低支付金额。
* **启动费：**  **\[开启]** 用于在合同开始时收取品牌必须支付的费用。
* **变更通知期：**  **\[开启]** 用于设置合同变更生效前向您发出通知的默认天数。
* **推荐窗口：**  **\[开启]** 用于设置这样一个时间窗口：在此期间内，您仍可因将流量引导至网站的行动获得归因。例如，如果您将一次点击引导到品牌的网店，而客户没有购买任何商品，推荐窗口就会开启。如果客户在推荐窗口内返回网站并购买了某些东西（即完成一次行动或“转化”），您将因带来该行动而获得归因。
* **撤销政策：**  **\[开启]** 用于定义 [已撤销的行动](/partner/zh/nin-xiang-liao-jie-shen-me/platform-features/action-management/reversed-actions-explained-for-partners.md) 如何处理。
特殊条款
1. 从下拉菜单中选择品牌需要审阅并接受的任何其他条款和条件。
