# 合作伙伴付款说明：从操作到付款

在你从 impact.com 平台提取佣金之前，你所推动的任何 action（或转化）都必须经过一系列步骤和审核。这些步骤和审核主要用于保护你与合作品牌之间签订的合同。你的合同会包含关于佣金何时到期支付给你的更详细信息，不过，即使佣金已到期，后续仍会进行进一步审核，这在某些情况下可能会延迟付款。

#### 了解 action 状态

在任一时刻，一个 action 会根据其在以下流程中的所处位置，处于 5 种状态中的 1 种： [action 生命周期](/brand/zh/nin-xiang-liao-jie-shen-me/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/understand-the-action-life-cycle-and-finance.md).

#### 第一步：品牌端步骤

你为某个品牌推动的 actions 起初会在你的账户中显示为 [pending actions](/partner/zh/nin-xiang-liao-jie-shen-me/platform-features/action-management/where-can-i-see-my-pending-actions-as-a-partner.md) ，直到名为 [*action locking period*](/partner/zh/nin-xiang-liao-jie-shen-me/platform-features/working-with-brands/contracts/contracts-explained-for-partners.md#scheduling-0-2) 的缓冲期结束。action locking period 允许你的合作品牌在该 action 被认定超出合同约定范围时，对其进行修改或撤销。

action 可能被撤销的一个例子是：客户退回产品，或取消其购买的服务。要查找你合作品牌关于 action locking period 的政策：

一旦 action locking period 结束，品牌就不能再修改或撤销该 action。随后开始进入开票期。

这会给 impact.com 留出时间向品牌发送其所欠全部款项的发票，之后品牌的财务团队会处理这些发票并发起付款。你可以预期这一阶段会持续 2-3 周。

<summary>自动付款条件检查</summary>

此时，款项已经发放到你的 impact.com 账户。付款提现到你的银行账户或 PayPal 之前的最后一步，是检查你的 [自动设置](/partner/zh/nin-xiang-liao-jie-shen-me/platform-features/finance/payments-withdrawals-and-balance/select-how-often-you-get-paid-as-a-partner.md).
