impact.com 可能会在某些时候要求您验证身份以降低欺诈风险。当您编辑银行信息或您的媒体属性未通过自动验证时，可能会成为一项要求。在这些情况下，验证身份是领取付款的必要步骤。

#### 确认您的身份

您将在 impact.com 平台内收到提示以开始验证流程。您也可能收到电子邮件提醒。

1. 在您的合作伙伴 [仪表板](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/home/pview.ihtml)中，找到 *安全警报* 横幅通知并选择 **验证您的身份**.

2. 选择 **开始验证** 以启动验证流程：
   1. 在弹出模态窗口中，使用智能手机扫描二维码。

      * 或者，如果您更愿意使用电脑，请选择 **使用当前设备继续** 在模态窗口底部。

   2. 接下来，系统会提示您确认身份。请准备好政府颁发的身份证件，然后选择 **出发！**.

      * 一张自拍照
   4. 提交后，您的照片处理通常需要几分钟时间。

3. 通过此流程提交照片后，impact.com 会反馈您的身份是否已成功验证。

   * 如果验证成功，您将收到来自 impact.com 的确认电子邮件。
   * 如果需要额外步骤，您将收到一封包含后续协助说明的电子邮件。

#### 减少延迟影响的提示

* 避免提交多个客服工单，因为这会增加需要处理的请求数量。
  * 在必要时回复单个工单可保留参考编号并有助于缩短解决时间。
