# 邀请并管理合作伙伴账户用户
impact.com 账户由 **账户用户** （也称为 **成员**）。登录 impact.com 时，您使用您的会员账户凭据访问 impact.com 账户。

* Carrie Oakey 创建了一个 impact.com 合作伙伴账户：OakeyInfluencer。在此过程中，她还创建了一个会员账户（例如，“carrieoakey”），用于登录 impact.com 并访问其合作伙伴账户。
* Carrie Oakey 希望她的同事 Earl E. Bird 能够访问她的账户，因此她通过电子邮件发送了邀请。
* Earl E. Bird 接受了邀请，并创建了他自己的会员账户（“earlebird”）来登录 impact.com。
* Carrie Oakey 批准了 Earl E. Bird，现在他可以使用自己的会员账户（“earlebird”）登录并访问 OakeyInfluencer 合作伙伴账户。

## 邀请新成员

1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[用户个人资料] → 设置**.
2. 在 *常规* 部分中，选择 [**账户用户**](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/accountSettings/view-account-users-flow.ihtml).
3. 在右上角，选择 **邀请**  **\[下拉菜单]** → **邀请用户**.
4. 输入受邀者姓名、受邀者电子邮件地址、邀请消息（可选）以及该 **权限** 用户将拥有的权限。
5. 选择 **提交** 以发送邀请。
### 接受邀请
一旦有人收到邀请，他们需要查看电子邮件才能接受。
1. 让受邀者查看邀请邮件并选择 **接受邀请**.
2. 已有会员账户（用户个人资料）的受邀者可以使用其凭据登录以接受邀请。或者，没有会员账户的受邀者可以创建一个账户来接受邀请。
### 编辑访问权限
1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[用户个人资料] → 设置**.
2. 在 *常规* 部分中，选择 [**账户用户**](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/accountSettings/view-account-users-flow.ihtml).
3. 在 *账户用户* 页面上，找到用户名称并选择  **\[更多]** → **编辑访问权限** 其所在行中的。
* 您可以编辑活跃用户和受邀用户的访问权限。
4. 使用 *编辑用户访问权限* 页面上的切换按钮和复选框来自定义用户的权限。
5. 选择 **提交** 以完成权限更改。
用户可以在其账户中启用双重身份验证以增强安全性。了解如何 [启用双重身份验证](/other/zh/reference-documentation/enable-user-level-two-factor-authentication.md) 为您的 impact.com 账户启用。
### 移除成员
1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[用户个人资料] → 设置**.
2. 在 *常规* 部分中，选择 [**账户用户**](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/accountSettings/view-account-users-flow.ihtml).
3. 在 *账户用户* 页面中，在 *活跃* 选项卡下，找到用户名称。选择  **\[菜单]** → **移除用户**.
* 要撤销邀请，请改为转到受邀选项卡并选择  **\[菜单]** → **撤销邀请**.
4. 接受警告以移除该用户的访问权限。

**注意**：移除账户用户无法撤销，但被移除的用户可随时重新邀请。

## 邀请代理账户成员
您需要该代理机构的账户 ID 才能邀请他们管理您的账户。请联系您的 CSM（或 [创建支持工单](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true)）以讨论邀请代理机构管理您的账户。
1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[用户个人资料] → 设置**.
2. 在左侧，位于 *常规*，选择 [**账户用户**](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/accountSettings/view-account-users-flow.ihtml).
3. 在屏幕右上角，选择 **邀请**  **\[下拉菜单]** → **邀请代理机构**.
4. 输入 **代理机构账户 ID** 并设置该代理机构的 [权限](/partner/zh/nin-xiang-liao-jie-shen-me/account-management/account-settings/user-management/partner-account-user-roles-and-permissions.md).
5. 选择 **提交** 以向该代理机构发送邀请。
