# 如何关闭我的合作伙伴账户？

在关闭您的账户之前，您的所有合同必须已到期且账户中所有资金都已清空。一旦您的账户清空，您需要创建一个支持工单来请求停用并关闭您的账户。您可以通过这种方式删除成员和合作伙伴账户，并且可以使用同一个支持工单请求关闭任意数量的账户。

### 步骤 1：使您的合同到期

要在一个地方查看您所有的合同，请打开您的 *合同历史* 报告。

1. 在顶端导航栏中，选择 **报表 → 更多报表**.
2. 从 *类别* 搜索栏旁的筛选中，选择 **合同**.
3. 选择 [合同历史](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/report/viewReport.report?handle=mp_io_history).
4. 按如下方式设置筛选条件：
   * **项目** — 全部
   * **合同状态** — 仅显示当前有效合同
   * **合同终止原因** — 合同仍然有效
5. 广告代码 *已签署的合同* 部分，在 *查看* 任何报表的列中，选择 **查看 → 操作 → 使到期**.
   * 对 *已签署的合同* 部分。

### 步骤 2：确认所有资金已被提取

1. 从顶部导航栏，选择 [首页](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/home/pview.ihtml).
2. 在合作伙伴仪表板上，检查显示的 *余额*.

现在您可以联系支持以关闭您的账户。只需提交一份 [支持工单](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true) 详细说明您的请求。impact.com 将在停用账户之前对您的账户进行最终审核。
