# 作为合作伙伴设置最低合同要求

当品牌向您发送邀请时，您可以设置最低合同要求，以包含特定细节或限制。一旦品牌向您发送的邀请不符合您的要求，该邀请将被撤回，他们将必须创建新的条款。

## 合同要求最佳实践
* 仅为真正需要的条款创建要求。
* 如果您打算对该要求规则作出例外，请不要添加要求。
## 创建合同要求
以下步骤将指导您添加品牌在邀请您加入其计划时必须遵守的合同要求。
1. 从顶部导航栏中选择  **\[用户资料]** → **设置**.
2. 在 *资料* 部分下，选择 [**合同要求**](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/accountSettings/view-commercial-settings-flow.ihtml).
3. 在右上角，选择 **创建合同要求**.
4. 在以下部分中填写您的合同要求信息，然后选择 **保存**.
基本信息
* **名称：** 为您的合同要求起一个具有描述性的名称。
合同规则
* **货币：** 选择一种首选货币，用于接受品牌支付的任何款项。
* **每次行动成本（CPA）：**  **\[开启切换]** 以配置您的 *默认最低支付* 和 *支付详情* 适用于您促成的任何行动。
* **最低百分比支付：** 这是您为每次促成的行动或点击收到的最低支付百分比。
* **固定最低支付：** 这是您为每次促成的行动或点击收到的最低固定支付金额。
* **不允许支付限制：** 不允许基于特定行动特征设置支付限制。
* **不允许支付调整：** 如果您促成的某项行动匹配某一事件特征，则不允许对默认支付进行调整。
* **不允许限制：** 不允许限制有资格获得支付的行动数量，或限制您在给定期间内可收到的一般支付金额。
* **如果支付低于固定费用金额或百分比，则不允许支付分组：** 不允许自定义支付分组；如果支付金额或百分比低于此字段中指定的金额或百分比，则这些分组将更改默认支付。
* **每次点击最低收益（EPC）：** 输入每次点击保证的最低支付金额。
* **启动费：**  **\[开启切换]** 用于设置合同开始时品牌必须支付的费用。
* **变更通知期：**  **\[开启切换]** 用于设置在合同变更生效前通知您的默认天数。
* **推荐窗口：**  **\[开启切换]** 用于设置您仍可因将流量引导至某网站的行动而获得归因的时间窗口。例如，如果您为品牌的网店带来了点击，但客户没有购买任何商品，则推荐窗口会开启。如果客户在推荐窗口内返回该网站并购买商品（即完成一项行动或“转化”），您将因促成该行动而获得归因。
* **撤销政策：**  **\[开启切换]** 用于定义 [已撤销的行动](/partner/zh/ni-xiang-liao-jie-shen-me/platform-features/action-management/reversed-actions-explained-for-partners.md) 如何处理。
特别条款
1. 从下拉菜单中选择品牌需要审阅并接受的任何其他条款和条件。
