# 管理你的品牌计划条款提案

在你 [加入某个品牌的计划后](/partner/zh/ni-xiang-liao-jie-shen-me/platform-features/working-with-brands/applying-to-brands/find-and-apply-to-brands.md)，你和该品牌都可以提出新的合同条款。这些提案可以在 *申请* 页面上创建和管理。

#### 查看并筛选你的提案

1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择 **Discover \[下拉菜单] → 申请**.
   * 在这里，你可以按特定提案条件筛选，查看存在提案的品牌信息，并管理提案。
2. 在 *申请*中，选择 **状态** 筛选器，并按以下内容筛选：
   * **已收到的提案：** 查看品牌发送的所有提案。
   * **已发送的提案：** 查看你发送的所有提案。
   * **品牌已还价：** 查看品牌还价的所有提案。
   * **你已还价：** 查看你还价的所有提案。
3. 使用其他筛选条件进一步细化你的提案。
   * **搜索：** 输入品牌名称并选择 **Enter** 键进行搜索。
   * **最后更新于：** 指定该提案最后更新的日期范围。
   * **类别：** 按品牌类别指定提案或还价提案。

#### 处理提案

在你 [向品牌发送新提案后](/partner/zh/ni-xiang-liao-jie-shen-me/platform-features/working-with-brands/contracts/propose-new-contract-terms-to-brands.md) 或查看品牌提案后，你可以撤回、接受、拒绝或还价这些提案条款。

1. 将鼠标悬停在品牌上并选择 ![](/files/bc9aa794eb347d6f55e668dbe0e98eae7d1cd905) **\[更多]** → **查看条款**.
   * 或者，将鼠标悬停在品牌上并选择 **接受** 或 **撤回** ，无需查看条款。
2. 在 *查看待处理提案* 页面上，查看该计划的条款。
3. 在 **操作** ![](/files/ea861215fc8b001a1707acadbd9f6800d5d95c1e) **\[下拉菜单]** 中，在页面右上角选择你要执行的响应。根据提案状态，你可以执行以下操作：

**注意**：提案状态会变为 `已还价` ，当任一方重新提出条款时。即使条款细节未变，也会发生这种情况，因为重新提议会更新签署日期，而系统会将其解释为新的还价提案。

#### 批量处理提案

应用你偏好的筛选条件后，你可以批量处理所选提案。

1. 请选择 ![](/files/961896379dec15908d56234d0fdc1ba0aa67e8a3) **\[复选框]** **全选** ，在筛选菜单下方，或选择 ![](/files/961896379dec15908d56234d0fdc1ba0aa67e8a3) **\[复选框]** 品牌名称旁边的
2. 在筛选菜单下方选择你偏好的操作，以批量处理你的提案。
   * 选择 **CSV** 以下载品牌邀请和申请的 CSV 格式文件。
   * 选择 **接受** 以批量接受邀请和申请。
   * 选择 **拒绝** 以批量拒绝邀请和申请。
