# 向你的品牌发送消息
使用 *消息* 可让您快速轻松地与您已加入的项目以及您想加入的项目的管理员沟通的功能。该功能可用于多种场景，例如简化您与某个项目的入驻流程、就特殊安排联系品牌、解决问题等。

#### 查找消息
您可以通过以下方式访问 *消息* 两种方式：
1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[聊天]**.

2. 在 *收件箱* 屏幕，选择  **\[撰写]** 并使用  **\[搜索]** 右侧的选项找到您想与其管理员聊天的项目。
#### 查看收到的消息
1. 您收到的消息将同时显示在您的  **\[聊天]** 小组件和您的 [*收件箱*](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/fr/impact-message.ihtml?u=%2Fmessaging%2Finbox).
2. 通过选择现有消息线程，继续您之前中断的对话。
3. 若要与其他项目开启对话线程，请选择  **\[撰写]** 并搜索该项目。
4. 您也可以通过选择  **\[附加]**。支持以下文件类型：CSV、PDF、JPEG、PNG、GIF。
#### 设置消息线程状态
您可以手动将消息线程标记为 *未读* 或 *垃圾信息*:
1. 在  **\[聊天]** 小组件中，打开一个线程并选择  **\[更多]**.
* 选择 **标记为未读** 以重置消息通知。
* 选择 **移至垃圾信息** 以便不再接收来自该消息线程的通知。
2. 在 [*收件箱*](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/fr/impact-message.ihtml?u=%2Fmessaging%2Finbox) 屏幕中，打开一个线程，然后在屏幕顶部：
* 选择  **\[邮件]** 将消息标记为未读并重置消息通知。
* 选择  **\[感叹号]** 将消息标记为垃圾信息并不再接收该线程的通知。
#### 搜索消息线程
1. 在  **\[聊天]** 小组件中，您可以在搜索栏中输入项目名称中的关键词来搜索特定消息线程。
2. 在 [*收件箱*](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/fr/impact-message.ihtml?u=%2Fmessaging%2Finbox) 屏幕中的功能：
* 您可以在左侧搜索栏中输入项目名称中的关键词来搜索特定消息线程。
* 或者，使用  **\[筛选器]** 根据您的 **关系** 与该项目的状态以及线程的消息 **状态**.
#### 让您的账户显示为离线
若要配置营业时间或将自己设为离线，您需要在 *收件箱* 页面上创建和管理。
1. 在收件箱屏幕左上角，选择  **\[设置]**.
2. 选择  **\[开启] 营业时间**.
3. 使用下拉菜单设置您的营业时间，在此时间之外，您的账户将显示为 *离线*.
* 默认情况下，您的账户将显示为 *在线* 24/7.
* 您也可以输入 **离开消息** ，告知品牌您何时返回。
