# 给你的品牌发消息
使用 *消息* 一个可快速、轻松地与您已加入的项目以及您想加入的项目的管理者沟通的功能。该功能提供多种用途，例如简化您与项目的入驻流程、就特殊安排联系品牌、解决问题等。

## 访问消息
1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[聊天]**.
2. 在 *收件箱* 页面中，选择  **\[撰写]** 并使用  **\[搜索]** 右侧的选项来查找您想与其管理者聊天的项目或联系人。
3. 您还可以通过选择  **\[附加]**来为消息添加附件。支持以下文件类型：CSV、PDF、JPEG、PNG、GIF。
## 查看收到的消息
1. 您收到的消息将同时显示在您的  **\[聊天]** 小组件和您的 [*收件箱*](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/fr/impact-message.ihtml?u=%2Fmessaging%2Finbox).
2. 通过选择现有的消息线程，继续您中断的对话。
3. 如需与其他项目开启线程，请选择  **\[撰写]** 并搜索该项目或联系人。
### 设置消息线程状态
您可以手动将消息线程标记为 *未读* 或 *垃圾信息*:
1. 在  **\[聊天]** 小组件，打开一个线程，然后：
* 选择 **标记为未读** 以重置消息通知。
* 选择 **标记为垃圾信息** 以不再接收来自该消息线程的通知。
2. 在 [*收件箱*](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/fr/impact-message.ihtml?u=%2Fmessaging%2Finbox) 屏幕，打开一个线程，并从屏幕顶部：
* 选择  **\[邮件]** 将消息标记为未读并重置消息通知。
* 选择  **\[感叹号]** 将消息标记为垃圾信息并不再接收来自该线程的通知。
### 搜索消息线程
1. 在  **\[聊天]** 小组件，通过在搜索栏中输入项目名称中的关键词来搜索特定消息线程。
2. 在 [*收件箱*](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/fr/impact-message.ihtml?u=%2Fmessaging%2Finbox) ：
* 您可以通过在左侧搜索栏中输入项目名称中的关键词来搜索特定消息线程。
* 或者，使用  **\[筛选器]** 以根据您的 **关系** 与该项目的状态以及线程中的消息 **状态**.
## 使您的账户显示为离线
若要配置营业时间或将自己设为离线，您需要在 *收件箱* 界面将您归入了哪个归因组。
1. 在收件箱屏幕左上角，选择  **\[设置]**.
2. 选择  **\[开启] 营业时间**.
3. 使用下拉菜单设置您的营业时间，在此时间之外，您的账户将显示为 *离线*.
* 默认情况下，您的账户将显示为 *在线* 24/7.
* 您也可以输入 **离开消息** 以告知品牌您何时返回。
