# 管理已发送和已收到的邀请

在你完成你的 [marketplace 个人资料](/partner/zh/ni-xiang-liao-jie-shen-me/platform-features/working-with-brands/applying-to-brands/profile-management/update-and-manage-your-public-profile.md)之后，你就可以通过双向邀请开始建立合作关系。无论是品牌向你发出合作邀约，还是你邀请品牌与你合作，所有活跃提案都会在这里管理。使用此界面查看合同详情、协商报酬并最终确认你的合作关系。

## 了解 *已收到* 对比 *已发送* 邀请
1. 从顶部导航栏中，选择 **管理 →** [**邀请**](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/marketplace/partner-manage-pending-contracts-flow.ihtml).
2. 此屏幕上的邀请分为两类，取决于最后更新请求的是谁：
* 您的 [*已收到*](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/fr/partner_invitations.ihtml#invitationType=received\&invitationStatus=invite) 选项卡包含：
* 品牌发起的加入其项目的邀请
* 你发送、且品牌已提出反要约的邀请，例如通过提出新的付款费率
* 品牌发起的合同变更，且你被允许进行反提议（针对你已加入的品牌）。

* 你已反提议的品牌发起邀请
* 你提出的合同变更（针对你已合作的品牌）

**注意：** 该行状态变为 .svg?alt=media\&token=1e952704-5ea4-43c6-b27e-0568641c9e68) **\[已反提议]** 当任一方对对方提出的条款作出反提议时。这种情况即使条款未更改也会发生，因为反提议会更新签署日期，而系统会将其解释为新的邀请。

## 筛选你的邀请
1. 在以下之间选择查看 **已收到** 来自品牌的邀请或 **已发送** 你发给品牌的邀请。
2. 使用页面顶部的摘要卡片按邀请状态快速筛选：
* **邀请：** 活跃邀请总数。
* **反提议：** 当前处于协商阶段、尚未签署任何合同的邀请。
* **合同变更：** 对现有合同的变更，其中原始条款已被修改。
3. 使用搜索栏和筛选器查找特定邀请：
* **搜索：** 输入品牌名称或 URL，然后按 **输入** 或 **回车**.
* **品牌服务区域：** 按品牌运营的地理区域筛选。
* **类别：** 按品牌行业筛选，例如珠宝与手表、奢侈品。
* **品牌属性：** 按特定品牌特征筛选，例如带有产品目录的品牌。
* **更多筛选：** 选择  **\[更多]** 以访问时效性筛选：
* **收到/发送于：** 按邀请发送或接收日期筛选。
* **到期：** 按即将到期的日期筛选，以优先处理紧急申请。
## 处理邀请
1. 确保你已选择相关的 **已发送** 或 **已收到** 选项卡。
2. 将鼠标悬停在品牌上，根据收到或发送的邀请选择操作：
* 选择  **\[更多]** 以查看所有操作。

## 批量处理邀请

**警告：** 批量接受邀请意味着你在法律上一次性同意多份合同。请确保在批量处理邀请或申请之前已审查所有条款。

应用你偏好的筛选条件后，你可以批量处理所选邀请。
1. 请选择  **\[复选框]** **全选** 筛选菜单下方的，或  **\[复选框]** 相关品牌名称旁边的。
2. 在筛选菜单下方选择你偏好的操作，以批量处理你的申请或邀请。
* 选择 **CSV** 以 CSV 格式下载品牌邀请和申请。
* 选择 **接受** 批量接受邀请和申请。
* 选择 **拒绝** 批量拒绝邀请和申请。
