什么是每日资金缓冲？ 为确保 Anytime PayPal 可用，系统设有每日资金缓冲。如果达到该缓冲额度，该功能将暂时对所有合作伙伴不可用。届时会显示一条消息，提示已达到上限并请稍后再试。
