# 巴西合作伙伴如何提交 Nota Fiscal（BRL）

**重要：** impact.com 不支持使用 BRL 货币的新合作伙伴注册。不过，如果您是在限制实施前注册的，您仍然可以以 BRL 收款并更新您的银行信息。

## Nota Fiscal 说明
Nota Fiscal 是巴西企业在收到产品或服务付款后必须开具的一份文件。Nota Fiscal 作为交易记录，可用于多种用途，例如退货收据、税款应缴证明以及库存管理记录。简而言之，Nota Fiscal 旨在记录巴西企业向另一家在巴西开展业务的实体提供的任何商品或服务的所有权转移。
## 谁需要提交 Nota Fiscal
如果您是巴西的 impact.com 合作伙伴，并希望从巴西的合作品牌获得付款，您需要提交 Nota Fiscal。如果您希望同时与巴西和非巴西品牌合作，您将需要 2 个 impact.com 账户。然后，您需要在第一个账户上按照 Nota Fiscal 流程操作，而第二个账户则不需要。
## 流程如下
如果您是巴西合作伙伴，已将 BRL 设为首选货币，并且只与巴西品牌合作，则会发生以下情况：
1. 您推广一家巴西品牌并赚取佣金。
2. 佣金会显示在您的收益账户余额中。
3. 如果您尚未完成，则系统会提示您在 impact.com 上填写银行信息和提现设置。
* 您的 Autopay 设置必须设为在余额达到 *门槛* BRL30 时提现吗，而不是在 *固定日期*.
4. 现在，您需要向当地税务机关登记一张发票（Nota Fiscal），金额为您希望从 impact.com 收益账户中提现的数额。以下是示例：
* **公司名称：** Impact Radius Technologia Ltda.
* **地址：** Avenida Bernardino de Campos, 98, 14º andar, sala 7, Paraíso, 04004-040
* **城市：** São Paulo
* **州：** São Paulo
* **CNPJ（Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica）：** 23.008.224/0001-45
5. 最后，您需要将 Nota Fiscal 通过电子邮件发送给 **Juliana Souza Romeiro** ，HLB Brazil（`juliana.romeiro@hlb.com.br`）以及 `notafiscal@impact.com`.
* Juliana 会代表 HLB Brazil 审核并接受 Nota Fiscal，然后将其转交给 impact.com 的 Global Clearing House 团队进行最终批准。
