# 邀请并管理合作伙伴账户用户
impact.com 账户由 **账户用户** （也称为 **成员**）。当您登录 impact.com 时，您使用成员账户凭据访问 impact.com 账户。

* Carrie Oakey 创建了一个 impact.com 合作伙伴账户：OakeyInfluencer。在此过程中，她还创建了一个成员账户（例如，“carrieoakey”），用于登录 impact.com 并访问她的合作伙伴账户。
* Carrie Oakey 希望她的同事 Earl E. Bird 能够访问她的账户，因此她通过电子邮件发送邀请。
* Earl E. Bird 接受邀请并创建自己的成员账户（“earlebird”）以登录 impact.com。
* Carrie Oakey 批准了 Earl E. Bird，现在他可以使用自己的成员账户（“earlebird”）登录并访问 OakeyInfluencer 合作伙伴账户。

## 邀请新成员

1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[用户资料] → 设置**.
2. 在 *常规* 部分，选择 [**账户用户**](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/accountSettings/view-account-users-flow.ihtml).
3. 在右上角，选择 **邀请**  **\[下拉菜单]** → **邀请用户**.
4. 输入被邀请者姓名、被邀请者电子邮件地址、邀请信息（可选）以及 **权限** 此用户将拥有的权限。
5. 选择 **提交** 以发送邀请。
### 接受邀请
当某人收到邀请后，需要查看电子邮件才能接受。
1. 让被邀请者查看邀请邮件并选择 **接受邀请**.
2. 已有成员账户（用户资料）的被邀请者可以使用其凭据登录以接受邀请。或者，没有成员账户的被邀请者可以创建一个账户来接受邀请。
### 编辑访问权限
1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[用户资料] → 设置**.
2. 在 *常规* 部分，选择 [**账户用户**](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/accountSettings/view-account-users-flow.ihtml).
3. 在 *账户用户* 屏幕上，找到用户姓名并选择  **\[更多]** → **编辑访问权限** 其所在行中的选项。
* 您可以为已激活用户和受邀用户编辑访问权限。
4. 使用 *编辑用户访问权限* 屏幕上的切换开关和复选框自定义用户的权限。
5. 选择 **提交** 以完成权限更改。
用户可以在其账户上启用双重身份验证以增强安全性。了解如何 [启用双重身份验证](/other/zh/reference-documentation/enable-user-level-two-factor-authentication.md) 为您的 impact.com 账户。
### 移除成员
1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[用户资料] → 设置**.
2. 在 *常规* 部分，选择 [**账户用户**](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/accountSettings/view-account-users-flow.ihtml).
3. 在 *账户用户* 屏幕中，在 *进行中* 选项卡下找到用户姓名。选择  **\[菜单]** → **移除用户**.
* 要撤销邀请，请改为导航到“已邀请”选项卡并选择  **\[菜单]** → **撤销邀请**.
4. 接受警告以移除该用户的访问权限。

**备注**：移除账户用户后无法撤销，但已移除的用户可随时重新邀请。

## 邀请代理账户成员
您需要该代理的账户 ID 才能邀请他们管理您的账户。请联系您的 CSM（或 [创建支持工单](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true)）来讨论邀请代理管理您的账户。
1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[用户资料] → 设置**.
2. 在左侧，位于 *常规*下，选择 [**账户用户**](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/accountSettings/view-account-users-flow.ihtml).
3. 在屏幕右上角，选择 **邀请**  **\[下拉菜单]** → **邀请代理**.
4. 输入 **代理账户 ID** 并设置代理的 [权限](/partner/zh/ni-xiang-liao-jie-shen-me/account-management/account-settings/user-management/partner-account-user-roles-and-permissions.md).
5. 选择 **提交** 以向该代理发送邀请。
