# 我如何更改密码？

## 更改您的账户密码

3. 输入您当前的密码、新密码，并确认您的新密码。
4. 选择 **保存** 以完成更改。

下次登录时，您将使用新密码。

### 多次尝试失败后账户被锁定？

系统会在 6 次错误登录尝试后禁用您的访问权限。请停止重试，并使用 [忘记密码或用户名](https://app.impact.com/password/forgot.ihtml) 该流程来找回或重置您的用户名或密码。通过此流程设置新密码后，您的账户将被解锁。

您可以使用电子邮件地址或用户名登录。如果您的电子邮件地址关联了多个账户，系统会要求您提供所需账户的用户名。恢复邮件会列出与您的电子邮件地址关联的每个用户名，并为每个用户名提供各自的重置链接。用户名对大小写和空格敏感。

如果您在输入正确的用户名和密码后仍然无法登录，请联系支持团队以恢复访问权限。
