# Amazon Seller Partnerships Explained

You can now partner with brands selling products on Amazon and drive traffic to their products to boost your earnings. If you join a brand's Seller program on impact.com, you'll get paid to promote their Amazon products. Both you and the brand can then track any sales resulting from your traffic and gauge your performance in their program.

#### Why it's great for you

Partnering directly with Amazon Sellers can be a game-changer for your earnings. When you drive targeted traffic for an Amazon Seller, you help them grow revenue while earning commissions yourself. This win-win scenario boosts growth for brands and allows you to negotiate better commission rates. With impact.com's Seller program, you get the following perks:

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="Track your performance" %}
Get full transparency into your performance as a partner. Monitor how much traffic you drive to brand products through your promotional channels and track the sales you generate for each Seller program you partake in.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Choose which Sellers to work with" %}
Browse the Brands Marketplace to find Sellers that align with your business vision and establish personalized working relationships. This is your chance to build long-lasting partnerships and unlock future opportunities with brands.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Negotiate higher commission rates" %}
Propose contract terms that suit you best and negotiate with brands to settle a commission rate you’re both happy with. Commission rates on impact.com are often higher than on Amazon Associates!
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Gain exclusive opportunities" %}
Enter into exclusive partnerships with Amazon brands and use the opportunity to negotiate custom commissions, exclusive deals and promo codes, paid placements, and product samples.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Exploit longer referral windows" %}
With Seller partnerships, the referral window is 14 days. This window is higher than the 24 hour Amazon Associates window, which increases your chances of being credited for conversions from your traffic.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Access powerful promotional tools" %}
Maximize your promotional impact with the full range of tools on offer, including:

* Link generation widgets
* Browser extensions
* Brand-owned creative assets
* Product catalogs
  {% endtab %}

{% tab title="Leverage Amazon’s customer trust" %}
You don’t want to miss out on the chance to work with Amazon Sellers on impact.com and leverage the trust customers have in Amazon’s reputation as a globally-recognized and trusted marketplace.

Amazon’s conversion rates are also typically higher than direct-to-consumer e-commerce sites, where brands sell directly without a marketplace. With other impact.com programs, you can only drive traffic to direct-to-consumer sites, but Seller partnerships let you tap into Amazon’s high conversion rates and increase your payouts.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Keep earning with Amazon Associates" %}
Already an Amazon Associate? You can continue using Amazon Associates while promoting with impact.com! Just remember to keep your Amazon Associates and impact.com tracking links separate. You cannot append your impact.com and Amazon Associate tracking links to each other to earn multiple commissions on the same conversion.

See the [Amazon Associates Program Policies](https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/help/operating/policies) for more information.
{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Warning:** When creating tracking links in a Seller program partnership, it's crucial that you don't alter the links in any way. Customizing links or trying to add parameters may prevent you from getting credit for the conversions you drive. #### How to get started

There are 2 ways to get started:

* **A brand invites you to join their Amazon Seller program** — This may be a brand from impact.com's marketplace or a brand with which you have a pre-existing relationship in another program.
* **Apply to join a brand's Amazon Seller program** — You can do so by applying to the program in the [brand marketplace](https://help.impact.com/partner/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/working-with-brands/applying-to-brands/find-and-apply-to-brands) or the [product marketplace](https://help.impact.com/partner/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/marketing-content/product-marketplace-and-catalogs/find-products-on-the-product-marketplace).

You and the brand will then agree on contract terms, and once joined, you'll be able to access the brand's Amazon products or Amazon Store links via standard impact.com methods. These methods include:

* Viewing and generating product links in the product marketplace
* Generating [tracking links](https://help.impact.com/partner/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/tracking/tracking-links/create-and-manage-links/create-tracking-links) from the standard range of tools
* Accessing product ads via [asset requests](https://help.impact.com/partner/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/marketing-content/requests/request-assets/submit-and-manage-asset-requests-as-a-partner)
