# Manage Brand Newsletter Subscriptions

Unsubscribing from a brand's newsletter is a simple, manual process that you can complete from your personal or workplace email account while logged in as a partner. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link provided in the email. If you later wish to receive those communications again, you can resubscribe using the self-service workflow in your partner account.&#x20;

#### What to know before you unsubscribe

* Always be cautious of suspicious emails that claim to offer unsubscribe options. Only unsubscribe through trusted links to avoid phishing scams.
* It may take a few days for your unsubscription to be fully processed, so you might still receive some emails during that time.
* If you don’t see an unsubscribe link in the email, you can mark the message as spam or set up a filter or rule in your email client to automatically delete or archive future emails from that sender.

**Warning:** Please do not unsubscribe from within the partner platform if you're logged in as a brand user. If you unsubscribe from emails while using your partner account, you will also stop receiving important test emails. #### Unsubscribe from a brand’s newsletter

1. Access your preferred email provider and open your inbox.
   * Examples of popular email providers are Gmail, Outlook (Hotmail), ProtonMail, Yahoo! Mail, and Mail.com, among others.
2. In the search bar, enter the email address or domain of the brand whose newsletter you want to unsubscribe from (e.g., `@acmecorp.com`).
3. Open one of the emails you’ve received from them.
4. Select **Unsubscribe** (usually found next to the sender’s name or at the bottom of the email).
   * After selecting *Unsubscribe*, you should see a confirmation message (e.g., You have been successfully unsubscribed from this mailing list).

#### Resubscribe to a brand’s newsletter

You can now resubscribe to a newsletter anytime from your partner account.

1. From the top navigation bar, select ![](https://347878556-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fb2rE79d9UhOKZQLgzSqx%2Fuploads%2FhyR4iWDS0fO9ZcKFGf82%2FUser%20profile.svg?alt=media\&token=281d8f1b-b9c5-4208-a0a2-a078f54e0eb6) **\[User profile] → Settings**.
2. Under *Technical*, select [**Unsubscribed Outreach Emails**](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/fr/outreach-unsubscribe-settings-ui.ihtml).
3. Find the newsletters you want to start receiving again.
   * Use the search bar to find a specific brand by name.&#x20;
4. Hover over the newsletter you want to start receiving again and select **Subscribe.**
5. **Confirm** your decision to resubscribe.&#x20;
