Storefronts Explained for Creators
A storefront is your own shoppable page where your audience can browse and buy products directly, without leaving to search elsewhere. This guide explains what a storefront is, how it works, and how to get the most out of it.
What is a storefront?
Your storefront is a personal, landing page that showcases your product recommendations to your audience. Instead of scattering individual tracking links across your bio, captions, and stories, you can curate everything in one place and share a single link with your audience. Your followers browse the products you've hand-picked, click through to the brand, and check out.
Think of it as your own digital shop window: you decide which products to feature, how to group them, and how it represents your style and your audience.
How it works
Setting up and running a storefront generally follows four stages:
Create your storefront — Set up your page with a name, a profile image, and a short description so your audience knows what your storefront is about.
Create collections — Add collections to organize the products you want to make available to your audience.
Add products — Pull in products from the brands you've partnered with and arrange them in the way you want your audience to see them.
Share your link — Place your storefront link in your bio, posts, videos, newsletters, or anywhere your audience finds you.
Earn commission — When someone buys a featured product through your storefront, the sale is tracked and you earn your agreed commission.
Benefits
One link for everything — Send your whole audience to a single destination instead of juggling dozens of separate links.
Always on — Your storefront remains active after you publish a post, so older content can still drive commissions.
Curated by you — Feature only the products that fit your brand and that your audience actually wants. Many creators organize their storefront to make it easy to browse, for example, by grouping products into collections, by category, or by the content they appeared in.
Trackable earnings — Every qualifying purchase made through your storefront is attributed to you. Earnings from your storefront appear alongside your other impact.com earnings and are paid out through your usual payment settings.
