Find a Brand's Contact Information
Creating a direct line of communication with your brands can be a great way to build strong partnerships. Whether you want to pitch a campaign idea to a brand you already work with, or whether you have a question for a brand you want to apply to, impact.com makes it easy to start a conversation.
Contact a brand you're working with
To quickly list the contact information of all your partnered brands, do the following:
From the top navigation bar, select Reports → More Reports.
From the Category filter next to the search bar, select Advertiser.
Open the Advertiser Contact List report.
Use the report filters and column picker to add or remove fields from the report. See the references below for more details.
Once you have your referred filters and columns in place, you can also
[Schedule],
[Download], or
[Export] the report via API.

Filter reference
Brand
Filter for a specific brand by selecting the program name from the menu.
Show
Select Show → Contact Details and Apply the changes to ensure all columns containing contact info are visible in the table. Some of the more sensitive columns are hidden by default.
Table reference
Campaign ID
The unique identification number for the specific brand program you are joined to.
Brand
The name of the brand program you're joined to.
Brand ID
The unique identification number assigned to the brand’s account on impact.com.
Advertiser
The public-facing name of the brand you are partnered with.
Company Phone #
The primary business phone number listed for the brand.
Address
The physical business address or headquarters for the brand.
City
The city where the brand’s business is located.
State
The state or province where the brand’s business is located.
Country
The country or region where the brand is primarily registered.
Postal Code
The zip or postal code for the brand’s business address.
VAT Reg No
The Value Added Tax registration number for the brand (useful for international tax and invoicing).
Contact Name
The name of the person designated as your primary point of contact when reaching out to the brand.
The brand's primary email address used for communication and partnership inquiries.
Work
The work phone number for your primary contact.
Cell
The mobile phone number for your primary contact.

Contact a brand in the marketplace
To find contact information for a specific brand you're not partnered with, you can check their marketplace profile:
From the top navigation bar, select Discover → My Brands.
Select the brand you want to contact.
In the upper-right corner of the slide-out, select Details.
In the About the company section, you'll find any contact details the brand added to their profile.
