Monthly Performance Review Report

The Monthly Performance Review gives you a summary of your performance over the last 30 days. This report also gives you actionable insights into earnings, top-performing programs, and opportunities for growth.

To see a summary of your performance over a week, refer to Weekly Performance Review Report.

Manage the report

  1. From the top navigation bar, select Reports → More Reports

  2. Search for Monthly Performance Review in the search bar.

  3. Optionally, you can use the icons at the top right of the page to [Share], [Schedule], or [Download] in PDF, Excel, or CSV format.

  4. Refer to the Report sections reference below for more information on each section on the report.

Performance

This section gives you a 30-day snapshot of your key performance indicators (KPIs).

To download a metric, hover over the metric's block and select [More] to download the metric in CSV, Excel, or PDF format.

To export the metric via API, select [More]Get API Link.

Description

Total earnings

View the total amount of compensation you've earned across your joined programs.

Affiliate earnings

View your earnings generated specifically from your affiliate links.

Clicks

View the total number of clicks your tracking links received.

Earnings per item

View the average amount you earn for each item sold through your links.

Total generated sales

View the total revenue you've generated for your brand's program.

AOV

View the average monetary value of each order placed through your links.

What drove your earnings this month

This section reveals the specific brands and products that contributed to your performance over the month. View which program, campaign, and products brought in the most earnings for you.

To download this section's data, hover over the block and select [Download] to download the data in CSV, Excel, or PDF format.

Top earning program

View which specific brand partnership generated the most earnings. In this block, you can see your Affiliate Earnings, Products Sold, Clicks, and EPI (Earnings per Item).

Top earning campaign

View which specific campaign was the most profitable. In this block, you can see your Affiliate Earnings, Products Sold, Clicks, and EPI (Earnings per Item). Note: This data will only populate if you're joined to a campaign or have campaign earnings.

Top earning catalog products

View which products from your brand's product catalog drove the most revenue. It displays top-performing products if the brand has uploaded a product catalog to impact.com. In this block you can also see your Affiliate Earnings, Your Products Sold, and your EPI (Earnings per Item).

Earnings per program

This table provides a detailed view of performance for each program you've joined. The columns are defined as:

  • Program: The name of the brand's affiliate program.

  • Clicks: The number of clicks generated for that specific program.

  • Affiliate earnings: The total compensation from that program. Earnings from products not in your brand's catalog won't appear here.

  • Network earnings tier: The performance of the program among all partners in the network, not just you. Tier 5 programs are top earners, while tier 0 programs are the lowest earners. You can compare how your programs perform against each other.

You can also export the table via API. Select [Export] from the upper-right corner of the block.

Earnings by catalog product

This table provides a breakdown of earnings for each specific product you've promoted from your brand's product catalog. The columns are defined as:

  • Product name: The name of the brand's product.

  • Clicks: The number of clicks generated for that specific product.

  • Affiliate earnings: The total compensation you've received from the product. Earnings from products not in your brand's catalog won't appear here.

  • Network earnings tier: The performance of the product among all partners in the network. Tier 5 products are top earners, while tier 0 products are the lowest earners. You can compare how your products perform against each other.

You can also export the table via API. Select [Export] from the upper-right corner of the block.

Discover products to promote

This section shows the number 1 product from each of your programs, even the ones you have yet to promote. These products are ranked by how they perform across all partners in the network, so you can easily find untapped opportunities before your audience sees them elsewhere.

To download a list of these products, hover over the block and select [Download] to download the list in CSV, Excel, or PDF format.

To export the list via API, hover over the block and select [Export].

Column
Description

Program

The program name and ID.

Product name

The product name.

Affiliate earnings

The total compensation partners have received from that product. Earnings from products that haven't been added to your brand's catalog won't appear here.

Network AOV

The average order value of orders that contained this item. You can compare products to find high-value items to promote.

Partners promoting

The number of partners promoting this product.

Network earnings tier

The amount this product earns across all partners in the network. Tier 5 products are top earners, while tier 0 products are the lowest earners. You can compare how your products perform against each other.
