Content & Campaign Performance Report for Creators
The Content & Campaign Performance report provides a wide range of tracking data broken down according to social media posts and platforms, program, and campaign. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), like actions, clicks, engagement, and earnings, can all be found here.
Access the report
From the top navigation bar, select Reports → More Reports.
Search "Content & Campaign Performance" in the search bar.
Select the Content & Campaign Performance report.
You can pin the report to the top navigation bar by hovering over the row and selecting
[Pin].
You can also add the report to your Favorited list by selecting
[Heart].
Select
[More] → Add to category to add the report to a category. From the
[Drop-down menu] select a category, and select Save.
Manage the report
Below the report title, filter for the data you want to view.
View the Filter reference table below for more information.
You can use the icons at the top-right of the screen to
[Share],
[Schedule], or
[Download] the report.
Filter reference
Date Range
Filter data by when the metrics were created. Select the date range for which you want to view data. Select
[Unchecked box] Compare To if you want to compare your data to previous times. Select Apply when you have your date range set.
Program
Filter by the programs you want to see.
Brand
Filter by the brands you want to see.
Social Platform
Filter data by one or more social platforms.

Summary metrics
At the top of the report, there are 6 rows of summary cards displaying aggregated performance data:
Total Earnings: The total combined earnings generated
Affiliate Earnings: Earnings generated through tracked affiliate links
Earnings Per Item: The average earnings generated per item sold
Clicks: Total number of clicks on tracked content links
Conversion Rate: The percentage of clicks that results in a successful action or sale
Sale Amount: The total gross value of sales generated through the campaigns
Hover over a card and select [More] to download (in a CSV file, Excel or PDF) the card or get the API link of the card.

Below the summary cards, there is a scrollable carousel highlighting individual high-performing social media posts. Each card features a visual thumbnail of the content; the social media platform and campaign name, and core engagement metrics such as Views, Likes, Shares and Reach. Hover over the carousel and select[Download] to download the carousel.

The report is divided by 4 different reports:
Overview by Post Report
This report shows you a wide range of tracking data for your posts performances.
Post
Displays a thumbnail of the post.
Social Platform
The social platform where the post was posted.
Actions
The total number of conversions (sales, app installs, etc.) tracked from the particular post.
Clicks
The total number of link clicks that took your audience to the brand's landing page.
Earnings per Item
The total amount of earnings earned from the particular post.
Conversion Rate
The conversion rate is calculated as the number of Actions divided by the number of Clicks and represents the percentage of clicks that result in actions.
Views
The number of platform users who saw the post at least once.
Likes
The number of likes the post received.
Shares
The number of times the post was shared.
Reach
The number of unique platform users who saw the post at least once.
Post Id
The post's unique identifier on the impact.com platform.
Post URL
The URL at which the post can be found. Select the URL to open the post in a new tab.
Overview by Social Platform Report
This report shows you a wide range of tracking data broken down according to each social platform.
Social Platform
The social platform associated with the engagement data.
Actions
The total number of conversions (sales, app installs, etc.) tracked per social platform. This number excludes any reversed actions.
Clicks
The total number of link clicks that took your audience to the Brand's landing page for the social platform.
Earnings per Item
The total earnings per item from the social platform.
Conversion Rate
The Conversion Rate associated with the Social Platform. This rate is calculated as the number of Actions divided by the number of Clicks and represents the percentage of clicks that result in actions.
Views
The total number of views per social platform.
Likes
Total number of likes per social platform.
Shares
Total number of shares per social platform.
Reach
The total reach per social platform.
Overview by Program Report
This report shows you a wide range of tracking data associated with a specific program and brand.
Program
The name of the program.
Brand Logo
The brand's logo.
Brand
The name of the brand associated with the program.
Actions
The total number of conversions (e.g., sales or app installs) tracked for the particular program. This number excludes any reversed conversions.
Clicks
The total number of link clicks that took your audience to your partnered brand's landing page for the program.
Earnings per Item
This metric shows you your earnings per conversion (e.g., sales or app installs) per program during the chosen date range.
Conversion Rate
This is calculated as the number of Actions divided by the number of Clicks and represents the percentage of clicks that result in actions.
Views
The total number of views your content received for the particular program.
Likes
The total number of likes your content received for the particular program.
Shares
The total number of shares your content received for the particular program.
Reach
The total reach your content received for the particular program.
Overview by Campaign
This report shows you a wide range of tracking data broken down according to each campaign.
Campaign Name
The campaign's name.
Actions
The total number of conversions (e.g., sales or app installs) tracked for a particular campaign. This number excludes any reversed conversions.
Clicks
The total number of link clicks that took your audience to your partnered brand's landing page for the campaign.
Earnings per Item
This metric shows you your earnings per conversion (e.g., sales or app installs) per campaign during the chosen date range.
Conversion Rate
This is calculated as the number of Actions divided by the number of Clicks and represents the percentage of clicks that result in actions.
Views
The total number of views your content received for the particular campaign.
Likes
The total number of likes your content received for the particular campaign.
Shares
The total number of shares your content received for the particular campaign.
Reach
The total reach your content received for the particular campaign.
