Manage Assets as a Partner

The Assets screen is where you can find and manage all assets and tracking links for the brands you work with. This article will help you filter and search assets based on various criteria such as brand, deal type, labels, and season.

1. From the top navigation bar, select Content [Drop-down menu] → Assets.

2. Use the top filter bar to view a specific Asset type (e.g., Images).

   • Optionally, use the [Search bar] to find by an asset name, label, or ID.

3. Optionally, use the filter bar in the left-hand corner to refine your search. Select [Expand] to see all your filter options.

   • Refer to the Filter reference table below.

   • If you want to clear your filter, [Close] the selected filters at the top of the screen.

Filter reference

Filter	Description
Brands	Select the [Unchecked box] to filter assets by one or more brands.
Last Updated	Filter by when assets were last updated: • Last day • Last 7 days • Last 30 days • More than 30 days
Deal Type	Filter by a specific deal type.
Labels	Select the [Unchecked boxes] to filter by labels provided by a brand.
Season	Filter assets by seasonal periods.
Language	Filter assets in a specific language(s).
Mobile Ready	Select Yes or No, to indicates if the landing page of the promotion is optimized for mobile devices.
Deeplinking	Filter by assets with deeplinking Supported or Not Supported.

1. In the top-right, choose your preferred asset view as [Grid View] or [List View].

   • [Grid view]: Hover over the asset you want to download, and select the [Unchecked Box] inside the asset.

   • [List View]: Hover over the asset you want to download, and select View Details, or select [More] in the top-right to choose an action.

2. After filtering your Asset type and selecting your View, follow the instructions below to view asset details and perform actions:

Actions	Use Case
Get Ad Code	Select Get Ad Code, to retrieve the code for the asset.
Get Tracking Link	Select Get Tracking Link, to retrieve the tracking link for the asset.
View Performance	Select View Performance, for a detailed report of the asset's performance.
Asset Details	• Brand: The brand the asset belongs to. • Available: The dates the asset will be available. • Last Updated: The date the asset was updated. • Language: The language the asset is presented in. • Landing Page: The asset's landing page.

Preview

1. From the slide-out, select the Preview tab to view a sample of the asset.

2. Optionally, select Download to download the asset.

Asset Code

1. From the slide-out, select the Asset Code tab.

   • You'll find the asset’s HTML/iFrame code. This code can be used wherever you want to display the asset, such as on a web page or in promotional materials.

2. Select Copy Code.

3. Optionally, enter a Landing Page and update the existing one to send traffic to a specific web page, then select Save.

4. [Toggle on] Tracking Parameters to append any desired Sub IDs, a Shared ID, or a Property to the link, then select Save.

Tracking Link

1. From the slide-out, select the Tracking Link tab.

2. Choose your preferred method for accessing the link:

   • Select Copy Tracking Link to copy the link to your clipboard.

   • Select QR code to display a scannable QR code image.

3. Optionally, enter a Landing Page and update the existing one to send traffic to a specific web page, then select Save.

4. [Toggle on] Tracking Parameters to append any desired Sub IDs, a Shared ID, or a Property to the link, then select Save.

3. Optionally, enter a Landing Page and update the existing one to send traffic to a specific web page, then select Save.

4. [Toggle on] Tracking Parameters to append any desired Sub IDs, a Shared ID, or a Property to the link, then select Save.

Tracking Link

1. From the slide-out, select the Tracking Link tab.

2. Choose your preferred method for accessing the link:

   • Select Copy Tracking Link to copy the link to your clipboard.

   • Select QR code to display a scannable QR code image.

3. [Toggle on] Tracking Parameters to append any desired Sub IDs, a Shared ID, or a Property to the link, then select Save.

Email Code

1. From the slide-out, select the Email Code tab.

   • You'll find the email asset's HTML/iFrame code. This code can be used wherever you want to display the asset, such as on a web page or in promotional materials.

2. Select Copy Code.

3. Optionally, enter a Landing Page and update the existing one to send traffic to a specific web page, then select Save.

4. [Toggle on] Tracking Parameters to append any desired Sub IDs, a Shared ID, or a Property to the link, then select Save.

Tracking Link

1. From the slide-out, select the Tracking Link tab.

2. Choose your preferred method for accessing the link:

   • Select Copy Tracking Link to copy the link to your clipboard.

   • Select QR code to display a scannable QR code image.
