Close Action Inquiries as a Partner

Close an inquiry

This feature is only accessible to specific impact.com editions or add-ons. Contact us to upgrade your account and get access.

1. From the top navigation bar, select your earnings amount.

2. From the [Drop-down menu], select Action Inquiries.

3. On the Inquiries screen, hover over the inquiries you want to close and select the [Checkbox].

4. Select the Close Selected button above the table to close them.

   

View closed inquiries

1. From the top navigation bar, select your earnings amount.

2. From the [Drop-down menu], select Action Inquiries.

3. At the top of the Inquiries screen, switch to the Closed Inquiries tab.

4. Use the Brand filter to select for which brand programs you want to view past inquiries.
