# Set Up & Manage Your Storefronts on the Mobile App

A storefront is a branded, shoppable page where you curate a brand's products for your audience. From the mobile app you set up and manage a storefront for each brand program you're part of — customize your profile, group products into collections, and share personalized links. Your public storefront opens on the web, and shoppers check out on the brand's site.

For an overview of how storefronts work, see [Storefronts Explained for Creators](/partner/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/working-with-brands/storefronts-for-creators/storefronts-explained-for-creators.md).

{% hint style="success" icon="circle-info" %}
**Note:** Storefronts are available to partners who participate in at least one brand program and have at least one storefront relationship, when the feature is enabled for your account. You manage one storefront per brand program.
{% endhint %}

## Access your storefronts

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

#### Open your storefronts list

From your dashboard, find the *Storefronts are here* card and select **Explore Storefronts**. The first time you open storefronts, the *Welcome to Storefronts* screen appears with the steps below.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Choose your storefront handle

Enter your storefront handle — you can change it later — then select **Start Curating** to begin.

{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Curate a storefront

On the *Storefronts* screen, select **Curate** to start curating a storefront.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Set up your profile and collections

Select **Edit Profile** to set up your profile — profile image, display name, description, and carousel — then create collections and [add products](/partner/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/impactcom-mobile-app/mobile-app-creator-storefronts/add-collections-and-products-to-your-storefront-on-the-mobile-app.md) to feature.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Share your storefront link

Select **Share** to send your storefront link to your audience. For details, see [Share your storefront](#share-your-storefront).
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

If you don't have any storefronts yet, select **Find Brands** to browse the brand marketplace and get started.

## Your storefronts list

Your storefronts list shows your personalized storefront link at the top, with search below and every brand storefront available to you. Stats on each card cover the last 30 days, and you can pull down to refresh the list. Each brand appears as one of two card types:

* *Curated* — a storefront you've set up. The card shows a *Joined* badge, your *Views*, *Clicks*, *Sales*, and *Earnings*, plus a **Share** action. Select the card to open setup.

* *Uncurated* — a brand you're eligible for but haven't set up. Select **Curate** to start.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="https://347878556-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fb2rE79d9UhOKZQLgzSqx%2Fuploads%2FkNnSFAvi2Di9giz27l3y%2FYour%20paragraph%20text.png?alt=media&#x26;token=8a815e8b-16cb-4f4d-b91f-aa3c9b165d51" alt="Uncurated storefront card on the impact.com mobile app" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

## Manage your storefront

Open a curated storefront to manage it — update your handle, customize your profile, switch between brands, and add collections and products.

### Update your storefront handle

You choose your handle during setup, but you can update it any time. It personalizes your storefront link (`impact.com/shop/yourhandle`).

1. On the storefronts list, select ![Edit](https://347878556-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fb2rE79d9UhOKZQLgzSqx%2Fuploads%2FeG8dDh46KbtAGUxSCKX5%2F%5BEdit2%5D.svg?alt=media\&token=2da59ee0-b491-4102-b758-063969b3f559) **\[Edit]** next to your storefront link.
2. Enter your handle.
3. Select **Save**.

{% hint style="success" icon="circle-info" %}
**Note:** Your handle can contain only letters and numbers — no special characters. If the handle is already taken or contains invalid characters, the app shows "Sorry, this name is taken or there's invalid characters being used" and you must choose another.
{% endhint %}

### Customize your profile

1. In setup, select **Edit Profile**.
2. Update the available details:
   * *Profile Image* — select **Edit** to upload a picture from your device or choose one from a connected social channel, then crop. A 1024×1024 image is recommended.
   * *Display Name*.
   * *Description* — up to 250 characters.
   * *Carousel Content* — drag items to reorder. Select an item to **Upload content**, **Select from social**, **Revert to original**, or **Remove**. Photos and videos at least 1080×1920 are recommended.
   * *Socials* — choose which connected social accounts appear, or select **Add Account**.
3. Select **Save**.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="https://347878556-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fb2rE79d9UhOKZQLgzSqx%2Fuploads%2FHjta5dDoBXZhCdP4D7MI%2FScreenshot%202026-09-16%20at%2009.30.15.png?alt=media&#x26;token=901e4a51-65ee-427b-9f52-91eb9e41a5fd" alt="Edit Profile screen on the impact.com mobile app" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

{% hint style="success" icon="circle-info" %}
**Note:** You can add up to five carousel items. Any slot you leave empty shows the brand's original image for that position.
{% endhint %}

If you leave with unsaved changes, a prompt lets you keep editing or leave without saving.

### Switch between storefronts

You have one storefront per brand program. To manage a different brand, in setup, select **Switch Store** and choose another storefront. Curated storefronts show a *Joined* badge; brands you haven't set up show **Curate**.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="https://347878556-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fb2rE79d9UhOKZQLgzSqx%2Fuploads%2FXEkfBIMfaYrFY1AEGDOJ%2FUmbrella%20Corporation%20(1).png?alt=media&amp;token=74dc682e-c0bf-44f0-b006-e9dc2414b1f9" alt="Switch Store screen on the impact.com mobile app" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

## Share your storefront

To share your storefront or a collection, select **Share** from a curated storefront card, from setup, or from a collection. Your device's share sheet opens so you can copy the link or send it through your installed apps (Messages, email, social apps).

You can share two kinds of links: a storefront link for a specific brand, and a collection link for a single collection within it.

## Storefront FAQ

<details>

<summary>Can I sell more than one brand's products in a single storefront?</summary>

No. Each storefront is for one brand program. Switch brands from setup to manage another storefront.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I publish a collection with no products?</summary>

No. A collection needs a name and at least one product before you can show it.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Where does my public storefront appear?</summary>

On the web, at your personalized link (for example, `impact.com/shop/yourhandle`). The mobile app is for setup, editing, and sharing — not for viewing the live public page.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.impact.com/partner/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/impactcom-mobile-app/mobile-app-creator-storefronts/set-up-and-manage-your-storefronts-on-the-mobile-app.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
