# Connect a Podcast

1. 2. Under the *Profile* section, select [**Media Properties**](http://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/fr/mediakit/promotional-channels.ihtml).
3. On the *Promotional Channels* screen, under *Add new channels*, select **More** ![](https://347878556-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fb2rE79d9UhOKZQLgzSqx%2Fuploads%2FcPa68OltbIaD3QiiS0J4%2FDrop-down.svg?alt=media\&token=db083c4f-c5aa-47e3-91ab-9a2b9a2152ea) **\[Drop-down menu] → Podcast**.
4. In the slide-out, fill in the fields with information about your podcast:

   | Field                      | Instruction                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               |
   | -------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
   | Name                       | Provide the name of your podcast—this will appear in the *Name* column when viewing the *Promotional Channels* screen.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    |
   | RSS feed                   | Provide a URL to an RSS feed of your podcast that includes your email address so that impact.com can verify it. If you're unsure about how to do this, refer to your podcasting platform's documentation for help.                                                                                                                                                        |
   | Description                | Provide a description of your podcast. The description is limited to 1,000 characters, including spaces.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  |
   | Category                   | Use the ![](https://347878556-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fb2rE79d9UhOKZQLgzSqx%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-c2cb550b55c51ea1eeff0acbd6f437a03b621a2c%2F60d033ae8a04c14498d5229c3c0160ac05feea7f605dbd770741793c900469f0.svg?alt=media) **\[Drop-down menu]** to select a podcast topic category that most closely describes your podcast. |
   | Audience countries/regions | Select all countries/regions your audience is from.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       |
   | Language                   | Select all languages your email/newsletter supports.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      |
5. Select **Add** to add your podcast to the *Promotional Channels* screen.
