# Manage Your Finance Settings as a Partner

From this page, you can designate a contact person to receive invoices, and ensure accurate and professional invoicing by adding currency codes, allowing [CJK characters](https://fonts.google.com/knowledge/type_in_china_japan_and_korea) , and specifying the invoiced legal entity name.

1. From the top navigation bar, select ![](https://347878556-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fb2rE79d9UhOKZQLgzSqx%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-1183576591b45997efe4dc81a25024640591d02a%2F245137dc972a7a7f6165b59538fcdbac8fd5bd8fee4ba9f20c1a2982c5b58b57.svg?alt=media) **\[User profile] → Settings**.
2. Under *Finance*, select **Finance Settings**.
3. In the *Global Settings* section, enable or disable the following settings. These are settings that apply across the platform, impacting various parts of your account, such as currency codes and document language.

4. In the *Finance Contacts* section, select the following options. These settings allow you to manage who is responsible for financial matters, like billing and invoices, within your account.

     * Enter the contact's **Name**, **Email**, **Phone** and **Mobile Number**.
5. In the *Invoice Settings* section, enter your **Legal Entity Name**. This is the official name of your brand/business, registered with the authorities.
   * Optionally, if your legal name differs from your marketplace name, choose one of the following options:

6. Select **Save**.
