# Envie mensagens para suas marcas no aplicativo móvel
Use o *Mensagens* recurso para se comunicar tanto com suas possíveis marcas quanto com as marcas com as quais você já faz parceria. O recurso oferece uma variedade de usos, como simplificar seu onboarding com uma marca, entrar em contato com uma marca sobre acordos especiais, resolver problemas e muito mais.

## Encontrar mensagens
Você pode encontrar mensagens em dois lugares:
* Selecione  **\[Chat]** no canto superior direito para abrir sua *Caixa de entrada* tela.
* Abra uma conversa com uma marca a partir de sua *Detalhes da marca* tela.
## Criar novas mensagens
Você pode criar uma nova conversa a partir da *Caixa de entrada* tela ou da marca *Detalhes da marca*:

**Observação:** Você só pode iniciar uma conversa com uma marca se a marca permitir.

* Na *Caixa de entrada* tela, no canto superior direito, selecione  **\[Adicionar]** ou  **Nova mensagem**.
* Na *Nova mensagem* tela, use o  **\[Pesquisar]** para encontrar a marca com a qual você deseja começar a conversar.
* Para anexar arquivos, selecione  **\[Anexar]**. Consulte a *Anexos compatíveis* referência abaixo para saber quais tipos de arquivo são aceitos.
* Na *Detalhes da marca* tela, abaixo da descrição, selecione  **\[Chat]**.
