This article will guide you through the steps to set up Trackonomics Essentials, enabling you to start leveraging your affiliate data efficiently.

Step 1: Connect your data sources

Trackonomics Essentials allows you to manage your work across multiple affiliate networks, without ever leaving the impact.com platform. To start leveraging the data, you'll first need to integrate your networks into impact.com.

  1. From the top navigation menu, select Trackonomics → Affiliate Networks.

  2. Select Add Network in the top-right corner.

  3. Select the relevant network with which you'd like to integrate from the list.

Once connected, your data will automatically flow into Trackonomics and populate your reports.

Step 2: Explore reports

Within the Trackonomics drop-down menu, you will find various reports to analyze your data:

Report
Description

View performance data broken down by the various affiliate networks you collect data from.

See a breakdown of performance by each brand or merchant.

Analyze performance data grouped by your configured Sub IDs.

Performance data segmented by media property or channel.

Aggregate your data by specific dates.

See performance data by country, where supported by your networks.

Customize your SubID with up to three text boxes or drop-down menus. You can configure your SubID pattern to accurately reflect your selections.

Step 3: Share & download data

There are two methods to share or download the data:

  • Download Reports: You can select the [Download] option in the top right corner to download your reports in either .csv or .pdf format.

  • Email Reports: You can select [Email] to send your reports directly via email. You can also add recipient addresses and a subject line for further specification.
