# パートナーとして最低契約要件を設定する

ブランドから招待を受ける際に、特定の詳細や制限を含めるための最低契約要件を設定できます。ブランドが要件を満たさない招待を送信した場合、その招待は取り消され、新しい条件を作成してもらう必要があります。

## 契約要件のベストプラクティス
* 本当に必要な条件に対してのみ要件を作成してください。
* 要件ルールに例外を設けるつもりであれば、要件を追加しないでください。
## 契約要件を作成する
以下の手順では、ブランドがあなたをプログラムに招待する際に遵守しなければならない契約要件を追加する方法を案内します。
1. 上部のナビゲーションバーで  **\[ユーザープロフィール]** → **設定**.
2. の下の *プロフィール* セクションで [**契約要件**](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/accountSettings/view-commercial-settings-flow.ihtml).
3. 右上で **契約要件を作成**.
4. 以下のセクションで契約要件情報を入力し、 **保存**.
一般情報
* **名前:** 契約要件に説明的な名前を付けます。
契約ルール
* **通貨:** ブランドからの支払いを受け取る際に使用する希望通貨を選択します。
* **成果単価（CPA）:**  **\[オンにする]** を使って *最低デフォルト支払額* と *支払詳細* を、発生させたすべてのアクションに対して設定します。
* **最低成果報酬率:** これは、発生させた各アクションまたはクリックごとに受け取る最低支払率です。
* **固定最低支払額:** これは、発生させた各アクションまたはクリックごとに受け取る最低固定支払額です。
* **支払制限を許可しない:** 特定のアクション特性に基づく支払制限を許可しません。
* **支払調整を許可しない:** 発生させたアクションが特定のイベント特性に一致する場合でも、デフォルトの支払額の調整を許可しません。
* **上限を許可しない:** 支払対象となるアクション数の上限、または一定期間に受け取れる総支払額の上限を許可しません。
* **支払が固定手数料額または割合を下回る場合は支払グループを許可しない:** 支払額または割合がこの項目で指定した金額または割合を下回る場合に、デフォルトの支払額を変更するカスタム支払グループを許可しません。
* **クリック単価収益（EPC）の最低値:** 各クリックに対して保証される最低支払額を入力してください。
* **開始手数料:**  **\[オンにする]** 契約開始時にブランドが支払う必要のある手数料を適用するために使用します。
* **変更通知期間:**  **\[オンにする]** 契約変更が有効になる前に通知される標準の日数を設定するために使用します。
* **紹介ウィンドウ:**  **\[オンにする]** サイトへのトラフィックを発生させたアクションについて、成果として承認を受けられる時間枠を設定します。たとえば、ブランドのオンラインストアにクリックを発生させたものの、顧客が何も購入しなかった場合、紹介ウィンドウが開始されます。顧客が紹介ウィンドウ内にサイトへ戻って何かを購入した場合（つまり、アクションを完了する、または「コンバージョン」する場合）、そのアクションを発生させた成果として承認を受けます。
* **取消ポリシー:**  **\[オンにする]** を定義するために [取消済みのアクション](/partner/ja/nitsuitebitaidesuka/platform-features/action-management/reversed-actions-explained-for-partners.md) の扱いを定義します。
特別条件
1. ドロップダウンメニューから、ブランドが確認して同意する必要のある追加の条件を選択します。
* 表示するには [特別条件を作成する](/partner/ja/nitsuitebitaidesuka/platform-features/working-with-brands/contracts/create-and-edit-special-terms.md) 必要があります。
2. 必要に応じて、  **\[チェックボックス]** **ブランドが独自のカスタム条件を追加することを許可しない** を選択して、ブランドが契約に独自のカスタム条件を追加することを制限します。
